“Not a big fan of their selection here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It definitely runs in skinnier sizes. They have good dresses for proms Etc. It's located on the second floor across from where the food court is. They have dressing rooms. Not much of a shoe selection, but they also have good tape and other Intimates to help you dress.”

“I had an excellent experience at Nordstrom Rack. The store is impeccably clean, creating a pleasant and organized shopping environment. The staff are exceptionally welcoming—always smiling, attentive, and ready to assist at a moment’s notice. Whenever I asked for help, they responded promptly and with genuine care. Parking is also a breeze—there’s plenty of space, making it easy to get in and out. Overall, the atmosphere is upbeat, and I left feeling truly satisfied with my visit.”

“Diana the store manager is absolutely welcoming! If you look at my last two reviews I walked into stores with my daughter and was not approached or spoken to which I cannot stand! So we decided to check out the store & was immediately greeted with a smile and do you need help finding anything!? I literally thanked her for doing that because it means everything. The district manager is here too and she was as sweet as pie. I didnt even know she was the DM until I was told upon leaving. Her name is Jenny! Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to this store and will be back ?”
“MY GOODNESS.! I was so upset earlier today while visiting your Century City location that I did not notice l had two sweat shirts and not a pant. I was dreading going to your Culver City location because I feared the same customer service was going to take place. And JUST LIKE THAT..Victor and Itzel took care of me.! I was completely stunned to say the least. Now they did not have a black pant in a large but they made things so SIMPLE.!He even placed the order in store, I kept the store credit and was happy to use my credit card. I really thought I was going to hit a wall when I walked in, considering Jason was the police at your other location.!! “Really can't recommend this place enough. I tried several other spots first and couldn't find anything I liked. Walked in here on the way to Macy's.
They found something that suited my particular taste right away, and did minor alterations by the next day.
Prices were fair and comparable to Men's Wearhouse and other large chains with far more limited selection. Owner was friendly and clearly knows his stock extremely well.”

“I love this Ross, especially the good vibes from the employees. They always have a smile when they greet the customers. I would have put five stars but lately there has been more shoplifters walking out the store with massive amounts of stuff. It's noticeable that employees and managers are upset that these people could get away with stealing and return back for more.”

“Yesterday Sat - the first day of Spring was first time in an Aeropostale store. And even though I am not a young adult - I was allowed to browse there! Not only that but the clothes and the staff were and are really cool! And in particular was a Ms. RD. She was especially really cool!! And even though I didn't buy anything- they have a really cool hold policy which puts most both anchor stores at the mall to shame!!!I will be returning to pay and pick up the torn skinny jeans style I chose!Mark”
