“Room service responses promptly. We love the details in bathroom. Very considerable and life style. The room is quiet although close to metro. Staff is really helpful and gave us warm welcome. Only downside is parking fee. But they offer free temporary parking for unloading and refreshing.”

“I stayed here for with family. The room was very clean and well organized, the courtyard was peaceful (it had swing chairs, a fire place, a water fountain and good music). The staff was amazing and super helpful/polite. We ended up having to change plans last minute and management was super responsive and easy to work with.”

“Our stay was pretty nice! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and even had a great sense of humor. They made the atmosphere feel welcoming. The location is perfect, right next to a mall and close to the highway, which made everything super convenient. Parking was easy and felt very safe, which is always a plus.
The only downside was that a few guests seemed a bit entitled and rude, which had nothing to do with the hotel itself. It’s unfortunate, but that kind of behavior can happen anywhere. Overall, I would recommend staying here!”

“So listen, this place is old and a bit worse for wear, BUT after staying here twice, I can say they seem to clean very well and that’s more important to me. If you care about peeling wallpaper, it’s not for you, but if you need a reasonably-priced room right in Culver City, it’s just fine!
The front desk lady was super nice both times I’ve been here and allowed me to check in a little early too (based on availability).
I didn’t explore much as I was here for work, but there is an amazing restaurant just downstairs (Metro Cafe) and other restaurants and bars nearby, so I’d say location is pretty good. Street noise was never too loud for me.”

her preference of pillow type was attended to as requested in the online booking and she loves the mini fridge to keep her medicines and favorite snacks cold.

“We didn't end up staying here as we stayed with my sister who lives close by. However, I did want to recognize and commend Su, who was working the front desk when we called to cancel our reservation. We originally had two nights booked and the reservation was non-refundable. However, Su went out of her way to help us cancel our reservation and get a full refund on the literal first night of our stay. The fault was entirely my own and I should have cancelled much sooner but despite that, Su was still willing to reach out to the manager on our behalf to request the refund. Thank you Su!”

“We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had such a wonderful experience. We were greeted by Joanna at check in and I cant say enough nice things about our experience with her. I was traveling alone with my 2 boys (ages 4 and 6). She made sure we had the perfect room type to meet our needs and did it with a smile on her face. Everyone we encountered was very friendly/helpful . The entire property was very clean and the food was delicious. We will for sure be back !”
