“Today, June 6th 2026 I had one of the best shopping experiences that I have had in a very long time. We came into the Zale's Culver City store and the staff Alexandria, Mrs. Garcia and the jeweler Arnold went above and beyond to make sure we walk away with our heart's desire. Alex worked out different strategies and was on the phone with many people to work out the best finance options. Every one on shift was help assisted my team as much as they could. We sat back and watch them work like a well oiled machine. It was really nice to see. They all showed exceptional customer service and made us feel like they truly appreciated our business. I will tell ALL of my friends to please go there for a great customer experience. Thank you Zale's Culver City!...?

“I came here this past week with my 6 year old daughter for her first ear piercing and I was so impressed by Jennifer. She accommodated us 30 min before our appointment and we needed that because it took quite a while to convince my daughter to go thru with it! She was clean, thorough in her explanations, kind, patient and empathetic. We got fantastic results (right on target and quick!) and we were all happy once we walked out. I know not all experiences are as pleasant, but I was very happy with her level of training and professionalism, especially with a 6 year old girl who was freaking out!”

“If you’re jewelry shopping you MUST come see Erika! There are many places to buy jewelry in LA but the difference that customer service and care makes cannot go overstated. Erika worked with us to personally ensure pick out a bracelet and later that our repair was done well. She’s knowledgeable and so sweet. We got our wedding bands there as well because we had such a great experience. We will be back for all our jewelry purchases!”
