“I came here this past week with my 6 year old daughter for her first ear piercing and I was so impressed by Jennifer. She accommodated us 30 min before our appointment and we needed that because it took quite a while to convince my daughter to go thru with it! She was clean, thorough in her explanations, kind, patient and empathetic. We got fantastic results (right on target and quick!) and we were all happy once we walked out. I know not all experiences are as pleasant, but I was very happy with her level of training and professionalism, especially with a 6 year old girl who was freaking out!”
“Unsure why there’s bad reviews here about customer service because I had SUCH a great experience!! Maybe it was different when they first opened? it doesn’t seem like the case now though. The staff were all so friendly, patient, and helpful even though I took forever to decide on what I wanted zapped on. I got assistance from Nikki who gave me advice and then ultimately I had Jules do the zapping. Jules was super attentive and considerate. At one point I felt unsure about the hook size of the charm on the bracelet and being the people pleaser I am, I didn’t want to bring it up but she was able to pick up on my slight hesitation (even as I responded it looks ok) and asked if I wanted her to find a charm with a smaller hook/ring (which I didn’t even know was an option) and she was able to find a better one for me! I’m super happy and in love with how it turned out. Definitely 100% satisfied both with the bracelet and customer service! Definitely give them a chance and check this place out.”
