“The first time we went in the employees really did not pay any attention to us. This was around the same time that many of the negative reviews were written. We went back again as we were hoping to find something specific and they were very helpful this time! The store has a strange layout and sometimes feels like it has too many shoppers for how it’s currently arranged. The jewelry is difficult to view with the current set up because of the level of many of the shelves (they are awkwardly away from eye level) and the lighting/small typeface that they use for the names of the designers. There are a few design issues that make shopping here less pleasant than it could be but considering how busy they were we did think the staff did a great job!”
