“The service here was fabulous. I made an appointment to get help so that I could change title to manage my parents 5 accounts because they are no longer able. Annie took care of everything- printed all the paperwork, marked what I needed to fill in/sign, went through all of my documents, found, and made copies of the ones she needed. They notarized all 5 documents. It was all done very efficiently and at no cost. I highly recommend.”

“I walked into the bank around for10 PM. I was waiting for a banker to help me out. I needed to get a print out of a credit card statement. He finally got to me just before 5 o'clock closing time. Mr. Di wu (Woody) helped me out. He was very patient with me because I was not quite sure what I needed to print out. He never said anything about The bank being closed now, he just did everything he could to help me. I walked out of there around 5:35 hopefully I did not make him late for anything. I really do love Chase bank. I switched years ago from Bank of America to Chase. I have never regretted it.”

“Yesterday, I visited two Bank of America branches, and both had long lines. I had to wait for a long time to be served. Today, I came to this branch, and there were no other customers. I was able to get everything done in less than five minutes.”
“Good experience, I'm always in and out of there. They have great incentives for being a certain employee of a large company but this location is closed on Saturday's so just keep that in mind.”
“I went to the bank for the monthly charge for the business account we had. We decided to close the account, but Mrs. Suzanne Bui(Branch Manager), patiently explained to us that this charge is due to the deficit in our account balance, and we were fully justified. Not only did we keep the account open, but we want to transfer money from our other bank to this branch in the future. I also thank her colleagues for their responsibility. Iraj”
