Cupertino Branch Banker Carol Lee is very professional and knowledgeable, she is so friendly every time I visit this branch. This time, I had an issue, normally takes 5 business day to go through bank internal process, but Carol helped me to completed within hours, really helped me to solve the problem and avoid losses.”

I've been a Premier customer for a couple years now. The people who helped me open an account as a new grad bushy tailed young guy were so cordial and respectful.
I've had great, semi-formal conversations with some of the folks here; the institution does not feel like the dead corporate machine system other US banks tend to mimic. I'm used to the East Asian/European banking traditions and I like it here.
Processes in the branch are fast and trouble free. I've never experienced any hiccup here. Lovely place.”
