Cupertino Branch Banker Carol Lee is very professional and knowledgeable, she is so friendly every time I visit this branch. This time, I had an issue, normally takes 5 business day to go through bank internal process, but Carol helped me to completed within hours, really helped me to solve the problem and avoid losses.”

“The service here was fabulous. I made an appointment to get help so that I could change title to manage my parents 5 accounts because they are no longer able. Annie took care of everything- printed all the paperwork, marked what I needed to fill in/sign, went through all of my documents, found, and made copies of the ones she needed. They notarized all 5 documents. It was all done very efficiently and at no cost. I highly recommend.”

“I went to this BOA financial center for a wire transfer request and had a really wonderful experience! I didn’t even have an appointment and Jasmine helped make the process very smooth and timely. The service was top notch, so I don’t really understand why the ratings of this center is low (likely because only disgruntled folks write reviews but happy customers don’t).
