“We had an upper empty unit above us and the toilet broke and we had 14 leaks through our apartment, our landlord had Patriot (whom we suggested, due to her lack of communicating for someone do the work)come out, and it was Robert Davignon who came to do the work, we can not stress how professional, informative he was, not to mention he took the time to hear our situation and was so understanding, if we could give Robert more then 5 stars...we definitely would.”

There were several people in the reception area when I arrived on time for my appointment so thought I might have to wait, however, they assisted me right away. When I went back for the reading, it was also quickly and efficiently done.”

“Had a seamless experience. Mark was the phlebotomist I saw, and he was able to get the needle in quickly and take blood with no issues (which is rare for me!). I also drank a lot of water before to help prepare the veins as I have heard that helps. When I got there, did check in at the iPad which was smooth. Would suggest to arrive early 10-15 minutes early, bring ID, and definitely make an appointment versus walk in. Total appointment time was 10-15 minutes.”
“Great experience. Muy made all the difference. She was quick but not rushed. There is a difference. Great bedside manner too. Everyone in a great mood. This was my first time in about 20 I had to do the walk-in option. 25 minutes, knowing full well it could have been an hour. Risk worth taking this time.

“After two unsuccessful blood draws at other locations, Margie was incredible, getting the vein on the first time and quickly and efficiently filling the vials.
If you struggle with blood draws, this location has a bed / lie down option. And a Margie!”
“Normally I am very anxious about blood draws and get woozy, but my phlebotomist was really nice and helpful. The whole process only took a few minutes with an appointment.
Note that they do let you lie down if you prefer for the blood draw, but you have to ask for it as the bed is in a separate room.”

I asked my doctor to send the lab order to this clinic since it was the closest one, but I realized on arrival that they do appointments only. The nurse however was quite helpful and accommodated me. Saved me a lot of rescheduling time!”

“This is my favorite lab. The people have worked here forever and have a system that works and gets people in and out. It will be faster with an appointment, of course, but since I have to come so often with little notice, I never have an appointment, yet I get in and out quickly. It is clean and there is plenty of easy parking.”

“I was a little hesitant to go to this place because of all the unfavorable reviews. I didn't have an appointment but got there a little after they opened at 7:00 am. I was the first person there. The front desk person was also the one who drew the blood. She was very professional in taking in all the information and made sure she had all the paperwork before calling me in to draw my blood. She explained what she was going to do and only poked once and did not hurt at all. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely go back again.”
“I made sure to schedule an appointment because these places are always packed with walk-ins! I was right - it was packed. But I only had to wait maybe 10 minutes before I was called, and my technician was skilled and friendly. I recommend this location :)”
