“Perfect experience! I was porting my eSIM from another provider to AT&T, and although the online representative helped with the transfer process, my signal stopped working and I could no longer make calls or send texts.

I spent two days trying to fix the issue. Several other local stores were unable to help. Some simply redirected me elsewhere without even trying to troubleshoot, and one store tried to sell me a new plan while telling me that the $300 I had already paid could not be refunded. The service and attitude there were extremely frustrating.

The lady (employee at) this store was completely different. They understood the problem immediately and fixed it in about two minutes. After two days of stress, I was incredibly relieved.
