“I came in today because I wanted to switch back to Cricket after having a horrible experience with another carrier. I'm really glad that I came to this particular Cricket location. Bowen, the sales rep who helped me, was very nice and extremely patient. Since he was there by himself, training a new hire, he had to deal With a couple of customers at the same time. There was an older lady who came in and not tech savvy, like me. He was so patient and kind to her-even showing her the parts of her phone. On top of that, he also had a good sense of humor.
