“Got a quote on Yelp from MY Phone Repair. Ended up going with them since they had the most competitive pricing. My mom had damaged her ipad 10 screen and was looking to get it replaced.The spot is right next to Marina foods. Parking can be chaotic during peak hours.It took them a few days to order the screen, which wasn't a big deal since my mom wasn't in a rush. Unfortunately, after we brought it back home, my mom noticed some screen issues as there were shadows appearing. I immediately texted the number and they said they would replace it (but would take additional days to re-order a new screen).Recommendation to the business would be to stock more inventory on screens, especially newer gens, so customers would be more willing to go with them. Docking a star for the mess up on the first go around and needing to wait longer.Ended up costing $120 to replace the screen. They mentioned they have some warranty on it...hopefully it holds up.Definitely test the screen there to ensure it looks ok upon receipt.”
“I hadn't been to a telecom store in ages but I was trying to get a new device setup and had spent 8 (actual number) hours with phone and chat support to no avail and with half a dozen times getting kicked out of the queue and starting over. I went in to the brick & mortar store and while it took a few hours I never had to feel stressed since the reps could navigate the system for me faster and cleaner and they were surprisingly personable and kept things relaxed. In the end they figured out the issue and when something cropped up the next day, I spent 2 hours on chat support then gave up and walked into the store. They fixed things in 5 minutes. Plus I watched a few train wreck customers come and go while I was there and was impressed with how well they were handled. So yeah, I'm giving them full marks.”
