“I’ve been a Cuyana fan since 2020. Third time to this store and Natalie was AMAZING. As a woman of color, I don’t always feel welcomed/ treated well while shopping. Cuyana has always exceeded my expectations and is why I keep coming back!What stands out:-their customer service! I debated getting a Polene and have heard horror stories about getting bags fixed/ exchanged. Their policy is very flexible and they will support in store.- the quality. The bags hold well and are clearly crafted meticulously. Their product has always stood out in the market.- very chic and modern, their designs are created with efficiency and organization in mind.”

“Let me start by saying I didn’t purchase anything on my visit to the Santana Row location, but I had an amazing experience.
I have zero knowledge of how to layer properly for hiking or going to Tahoe in the winter and let alone skiing or snowboarding. I walked in hoping to get educated and let me tell you the staff here did just that.
I was helped out nonstop by Luke who constantly went out of his way for me. He walked me through different ways on how to layer the lightweight jackets and shells and brought me tons of different sizes and options for me to try. He also helped me figure out what size fits best and which type of jackets I’d prefer more for different activities. He also found me different sizes of shoes to try and asked me how each one fit and giving me insight on which types of shoes are better for my needs.
I hate to make Luke’s job harder but if you go in, ask for him because he’s amazing and so helpful! I will definitely be back there ready to either make my first purchase if I don’t order online prior to returning!”

The only register open was in the main section of the store; I wish they'd included some signage on the baby section register explaining where to go to check out, I wasted time hovering around, looking for a staff person to help me there before I thought to check the adjacent areas.”

“I need to give one of the cashier a big thumb up. the young Asian girl was being very professional handling a difficult customer in front of us. it was a busy Saturday ,a annoying lady was holding up the line and was being unreasonable but the asian girl handled it well and called another cashier over to help almost right away . Also the older Asian lady was friendly and the story was pretty clean compared to many other locations I've been to. a bit of a wait on fitting room but other than that nothing to complain.”
