“I visit this store when I travel to San Jose. The staff is pleasant. I recently ordered some shoes to be shipped to this store. I wasn't sure if I would be there to pick them up. They were quick to offer solutions to make sure I would get my shoes. My shoes arrived the day I was leaving and the staff was quick to let me know my shoes had arrived. Georgina was fantastic. “Overall, I like shopping there when I’m visiting the mall. I usually never have any issue with online orders either, except this last one. My order was cancelled despite me never receiving a notification. I ordered online on May 25th, and I also checked the tracking information online less than 2 weeks ago from today June 16th and it was still “processing”. About 3-4 days ago, I checked and my order was cancelled. Called the customer service, they told me it was because I didn’t go to pick it up - so… it takes forever for them to process the order but you literally have very little time for pick up. I attempted calling the VF store sooo many times now to see if they still had the item in store so I could go get it asap but nobody ever answers. It’s a little frustrating.
Due to work I haven’t been able to go directly since I noticed it had been canceled.
Anyway. That’s my main issue with the store, nobody picks up the phone.”
“Love the baby gap jeans with those soft, elastic waistbands—they're definitely the most comfortable jeans for little kids that I've found. The only register open was in the main section of the store; I wish they'd included some signage on the baby section register explaining where to go to check out, I wasted time hovering around, looking for a staff person to help me there before I thought to check the adjacent areas.”
“Ferragamo has one of the best customer service at Valley Fair. I went looking for a new belt and Matthew helped me, he was kind and very helpful. I couldn't remember the size I bought last time since it was gift for the same person. He looked up my account and was able to find the size I needed. He was very professional and took great care of me while shopping. Thank you for the great service!”

A big shout out to Alysia, who is so very kind, patient, and caring. I asked if they had jean jackets and she went in the back to get a few for me. She waited to see if I liked the fit, asked a couple times if I wanted water, and offered to order another size should I need it. There aren’t many people who would go out of their way like she did. She’s amazing!!!
Regarding the inventory, the women’s section is pretty slim. I would have loved to see more jeans and jean jackets, what I associate Diesel with.

He was a great salesperson and he was very knowledgeable about the different styles of pants that the store offered. the store had some deals even though the prices in the mall nowadays are out of my budget.”
“A big THANK YOU to Miranda, Cheryl, Heidi, Danielle and Megan for an absolutely impressive customer service experience. I bought an Anthropologie dress ( price tag still on the dress and receipt kept) February 2 and 15 days later was on sale with an additional 50% off.
I called the Valley Fair store and asked if I could get a price adjustment. Spoke with Megan and Danielle on 2/25 and explained the situation. Danielle was very receptive and accommodating.
The next day I came in to get my price adjustment and ended up purchasing two more dresses that were on sale with the help of Cheryl, Miranda and Heidi.
Each one of the individuals listed above are amazing! Please keep up the good work. I think this store will be my go to Anthropologie store from now on.
