“I was looking for a very specific type of ao dai for a pageant and came here just to take a look. I ended up getting an ao dai less than 30 mins of searching!!
The owner and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. The dress was also beautiful and I couldn't believe I managed to find one so fast! If anyone is looking for an ao dai for a special occasion, I'd definitely pay a visit. His custom ao dais look amazing as well.

They have some of the same brands you might find at Nordstrom, but honestly with cuter curation and a much better shopping experience. Omg even the desert... cornbread with horchata ice cream with crumble and a little caramel sauce was to die for... not too sweet... and I never order desert.. this place is a winner.... “This is such a hidden gem in the heart of downtown Willow Glen. Stephanie is an incredible owner, she always greets me with details from my last visit and will ask about my husband and our dog. Her store is a curated mix of art, clothes, children’s items, plants, home decor, and jewelry. It’s the type of store you go in for one gift but end up walking out with extra little treasures. “I'd been trying to go to this shop since I saw all the furniture options on their Social Media! Did not disappoint. As far as curated vintage shops go, it hit all the marks. The shop smelled very pleasant(if you're an avid vintage shopper you know thats always a plus!), the merchandising was brilliant and modern and the prices were VERY reasonable in my opinion! Bought the cutest Kokeshi dolls, but will be back for a Danish wall unit I fell in-love with. The customer service is great! The owner is very friendly and a San Jose native, always awesome to be able to support local. Might be back just for the conversation even,hehe.”

“We had an amazing experience at Bliss Boutique and Bridal. The owner, Rosa, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. She provided us with so much valuable information and insight, which made working with her a pleasure.
Unlike another shop we visited, where the owner tried to sell us a dress that was four sizes too small and assured us it could be altered, Rosa was refreshingly honest. She found the exact dress my daughter had been dreaming of, in her correct size, and gave us realistic advice on maintaining her weight without unnecessary dieting. I completely understand the investment these dresses require, and Rosa made sure we understood the timeline involved in getting everything ready.
My daughter absolutely loves her dress and is excited to wear it for her quinceañera. I highly recommend Bliss Boutique and Bridal for anyone looking for a seamless and trustworthy experience.

Unfortunately, this store didn't have the collection in the color/size I needed. Nav was extremely helpful and ended up calling two stores to see if they had in stock. “Came in to this location for the first time and I loved it. It was clean and a very friendly a lady Kay assisted me and even walked me to the aisle I needed. The store was very clean compared to other Ross stores. When I got to the register the same lady Kay was my cashier and she is so friendly and fast. Their were about 8 people in front of me when I got in line but thanks to Kay she got to me super fast. I will definitely be returning to shop at this location. Review from 2024: I just had the best shopping experience I’ve ever had at this store. Alyssa and Amy were so helpful and kind. Everyone working there was smiling and seemed genuinely happy to be there, which is so nice to have in a shopping experience. The store was super busy, and yet their system with the dressing rooms was easy and smooth. I had to return a couple things and exchange and use some old store credit I had - all of it went wonderfully. Thank you ladies for making my day!”

“My experience here was great here. I’ve bought many belts and boots here. I speak Spanish and I brought my English speaking friend and they were so nice to her. They were patient and let her try on as many boots and pants as she needed until she got the perfect ones. I also had the same experience and was here for hours until I finally made a decision and got a great deal. I’d say this is the best and authentic store for Mexican apparel, shop here and get the best quality and price!”
