I had to return unused xfinity equipment to avoid extra monthly charge(s). Worked with Jacob. I was in and out of the store under 5 minutes. Even credited the current month portion. Thank you!

They resolved my issues super quickly! Went in for an internet cancellation and another issue with connecting xfinity mobile sim card with a device from oversea. Cancellation took 1 minute. No dog allowed unfortunately :(

Walked in to make a move out request. The staff were so clueless of what are the options at move out. I have moved my service before and I seemed to know more than what they struggled to find out after talking on phone with their backend folks. What usually takes under 20 min, took me more than 30 min and still I walked...
