“I just recently purchased the IQ Air Pro Plus and I’ve used it for a day, the results have been great so far. The smell and breathing have improved dramatically inside my home. I’ve tested the air with a PM meter and the air came out to being virtually clean at 99% with the pm meter also showing little to none particulates in the air. I had done a test that produced a strong Oder in the home and the iq air did a great job removing the oder within a reasonable amount of time. I’m definitely staying with this company for years to come especially with me having asthma. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with breathing issues and or air quality concerns.”

“I was in my way to check out a new clothes washer at a competitor when I saw this place.
I went in and in less than ten minutes they offered me a similar item at a better overall price that was not only in stock but could be delivered the next day. The best Best Buy was offering was three days maybe on delivery and Home Depot was quoted two weeks.
Installation went well we’re at me home by 830 out by 9 am.

Alex G worked with us on our order and he provided excellent customer service by keeping us informed of when items came in for pickup and followed up with the supplier when they were slow shipping items or shipped the wrong item. He promised us that all items would be ready by the time our contractor started work on the remodel and he delivered on this promise. When we remodel our kitchen, we will again order our plumbing parts from Ferguson.”

“I’ve been to quite a few Home Depot locations over the years, and this one continues to be a reliable place to shop. The store is clean, well-organized, and the employees have always been friendly whenever I’ve needed assistance.
What really stood out on this visit was the selection of carpet and upholstery cleaners, especially if you have pets. They had a wide variety of models from Hoover, Shark, Dirt Devil, Bissell, and Ryobi, making it easy to compare features and prices in one place. I ended up purchasing the Dirt Devil portable spot cleaner that was on sale for around $70, which was an excellent value compared to similar models. If you’re looking for something to clean up after dogs or pets without spending a fortune, it’s definitely worth checking out.
I also appreciated how well the department was stocked and organized, making it easy to compare products without feeling rushed. Overall, this was another great Home Depot experience with helpful staff, competitive prices, and a surprisingly impressive selection for pet owners. I want to personally thank you for over delivering on customer service. My husband does extensive research before purchasing anything. After completing his research, he chose Home Depot to purchase a weed eater, only to be told that the model he wanted was out of stock.
After speaking with Melissa for a few minutes, my husband walked away, assuming that was the end of it. Moments later, Melissa came running to let him know she had found exactly what he was looking for in the back, a Ryobi 40 Volt weed eater that came with a battery and charger for the same price I would have paid for one from eBay and the swap meet at Orange Coast College. I'm glad I bought it from Home Depot because it comes with a 3 year warranty.
Sometimes, the small things that mean the most to customers go unnoticed. I want you to know that your service was truly meaningful to my husband. Those extra efforts, going out of your way without being asked, make a lasting impact.
