I was unable to fix despite troubleshooting and changing parts on my own. I called Team SoCal. They sent Polo, the technician, and he thoroughly and patiently solved the problem. Awesome service from Polo and the company. I highly recommend them.”

“My first visit to FERGUSON in Lake Forest, CA was a pleasant one, I was trying to find replacement parts for my toilet bidet, a T connector which I can't find at other stores but only at Ferguson, the best part was the sales person was very helpful, he is kind enough to show me alternatives parts and have solve my problem quickly, he is well knowledge and a courteous young man , his name is Tyoer with good attitude. Thanks to him and his kind service, I will definitely tell my friends about Ferguson and Tyoer.”

“Michael and staff are great. I traveled from Chino to come to this Oreck shop. Came in to have my vacuum serviced but decided to trade it in and upgrade it. Really happy I did. Michael took good care of me. He is extremely knowledgeable and his service is outstanding. Very nice guy. Super friendly. He did not push me or try to upsell me. “I picked up a dishwasher from BestBuy online order. The online order said it was in open box condition, but it turned out that it was a floor demo model which was in very good condition. The manager and her staff were very friendly and helpful. They had it wrapped up nicely and loaded it to my car. I would highly recommend this store!”

“Had a great experience! My husband and I bought a perfectly good microwave for $250 when it was originally $480ish. The price in-store matched what they quoted us over email. Staff seems transparent, not “salesy” The microwave works great, and we couldn’t even find any dents or scratches. And it came with all brand installation equipment. We’d buy from here again ?? also! just as a kind gesture they disposed of our old broken microwave for us!”

“Gustavo is the best he takes care of me so well. On the other hand today I got the worst customer service that I was about to take my business elsewhere. The only reason I wont take my business somewhere else is because of Gustavo and how he has treated me. Gustavo even remembered my last name and what I ordered. Ferguson better thank Gustavo for saving them customer/business. Sergio should go thru a customer service training course in my opinion. As a business owner myself I would never allow my employees to treat any customer as I was treated especially after spending thousands of dollars with ferguson in the past.”

“I would recommend very highly so I rated five stars. Very fair prices for what they deliver even during shortages and other problems like the pandemic and its continuing issues. My roomates do not respect the non smoking laws for the most part (a lot do but the ones that dont dont) they are new jersey minded I guess, and my consult worked out good. Have a very small unit and the smokers are mainly below deck so when it comes in being able to sit in the atem is helpful. Only downside is they dont care and I care about them which iq cant do too much about. Great prices also.”

“I stumbled on this place after having a not so pleasant experience with another guy. My dryer had not been igniting and needed someone to come and fix it without trying to sell me all the bells. Sean came out the same day to see if I needed a new dryer or if he could fix it. Unfortunately I did need a new dryer and he showed me a few that I could purchase from them. He told me to shop around to see if I could find a better price elsewhere and didn't push me to buy anything from him. The efficiency, honesty, and level of service he provided left me feeling like I was in good hands. The very next day he delivered me a brand new dryer and installed all within the span of probably 40 minutes. If I didn't have an upstairs unit he probably would've been quicker! Overall I cannot recommend appliance world and their staff enough. If anything ever breaks in this house again, I know who I'll be calling.”
“The Home Depot! Everything you need for home improvement can be found here. And other things you need. I wanted to grab some boxes for moving and found some other things I've been needing. I found AA batteries, which I've been wanting for some toys. And then I grabbed some items for laundry; Woolite (a lifesaver for anyone who wears black or dark colors!), and laundry beads (they make my clothes smell soooooooo dang good!). I was able to get all the things I wanted and needed. :)”
