“I visited the store specifically seeking patio chairs and a table. Upon arrival, I observed that the store had a single patio chair and one table that were already assembled, along with another table still in its original packaging. I inquired about the possibility of purchasing only the assembled chair and table. My request was granted after the employee consulted with someone else. I found that Jose provided excellent assistance during my visit, a stark contrast to the service I had previously received at the Norwalk location. Consequently, I was very satisfied with the level of assistance I received from the staff at the Long Beach store. Thank you Jose store associate.”

“After many visits to my home to repair my washer, the washer was taken into their shop for further inspection. The circuit board needed replacing. I had already put $220 into the repair purchasing new components. They have washers in store, new and used, they put the $220 towards a new or used machine for me. I didn’t want to buy a new washer but in this case it was the best choice. They did alright by me.”
