“I been to this branch yesterday and today….i had really great experience both times as with another branch I always get short on cash deposit with teller when they used big cash machine for counting and they were not cooperative to recount as I was told it’s not going to change as the cash is already deposited in the cash machine, same happened with me with self deposited machine inside the bank….butat THIS LOCATION EMPLOYEES WERE VERY COOPERATIVE THAT ON MY REQUEST THEY COUNTED MONEY QUITE FEW TIMES ON SMALL CASH COUNTING MACHINE, where u can see and satisfied for the calculation. And both days they were very patient in helping me….today I got help from the lady name TANIA/TANIYA, I hope I say her name right, she was realllly HELPFUL AND KIND….she made sure that I get the correct money as I dint count some of the dollar bills…..furthermore she said she going to count it again and if it comes more, she will deposite in my account even I was leaving the bank….SHE IS GREAT….for your next time visit, try going to her for help, she works at the last window….THANKS TANIA, GOD BLESS U….will see you soon for sure….i wish everyone in the world do their part honestly n wholeheartedly like U DO….Thank u in bunch???”

“This bank used to be union bank and so was I a union bank customer and now it’s US Bank .As union bank I never got good vibes going inside so I did most of my banking on line or at ATM machine. Yesterday I had to go inside due to the complex banking issue that I had and I was not looking forward to it. At the lobby I met Paula D.( my first hero)and she smiled and greeted me . I asked if I can have a word with her and she smiled and said “of course” and I explained my problem. I was expecting for her to say sorry can’t help you but instead she said let me see what options we have available. She went behind the counter and spoke with Maryam (my second hero) and as they were talking Kristen P. ( my third hero) joined the conversation. They came up with an awesome solution and got to work. I was
watching in real time these three ladies working independently to resolve my issue. I could not tell who was the leader as all three of them work in leadership capacity. After they were done, they approached me with an outstanding solution. I was in disbelief that instead of saying “sorry we can’t help you” they chose to work together and think outside of the box to find the way to say “ yes we can and yes we did.”. These three ladies chose working together as one team to solve one man problem showed me their dedication, professionalism and commitment to customer service and to show possibilities. Paula, Kristen and Maryam I just want to say thank you for great job and well done, keep up the good work and I am looking forward to see you in the future.”

“A bit of a different kind of review; this branch may have unwittingly saved two lives! My friend and I were visiting out of town and needed to call an Uber. Phones had no signal; a restaurant employee informed us that this area is a complete dead zone for Verizon. No signal, no car, limited phone battery, receding daylight. I remembered nowadays, most banks have decent guest wifi because they require all sorts of downloading of apps and of identity confirmation. We walked by some big blocks past strip mall stores, including a Verizon towards which we raised our angry fists, found this Wells Fargo, marched up to the side of the building and was able to connect to their guest WiFi to get an Uber home. Neither of us currently bank with Wells Fargo, but we just might when the children turn 18. Thank you trusty Wells Fargo at Garden Grove for maintaining a branch establishment in good working order.”

“Easy and quick... as long as everyone can gollow the simple direction of the path. But occasionally you'll have one or two drivers block or intercept the path way access. Perhaps the bank should consider making visible signage indicating the direction to pass so theres less confusion.”
