“Went on a long road trip through the mid-west and south and came home with a bug spooge problem. I got in touch with Phil and he came out to my house to assess the condition of my car. He did a sample of his cleaning on a small part of the front of the car and gave me a reasonable estimate. I scheduled time for him to clean the spooge from the forward-facing surfaces and the grill, and also to remove dust/dirt from tire wells. I couldn't be happier with the job he did, as well as the price. I also learned a little bit about taking better care of the car for the future.

He communicated via text with pictures and questions throughout the service, and he was done in about 5 hours.

I highly recommend Phil and the work he did. I would send anyone I know to him for car detailing.”

“I have been going to SF Auto Detail (Andres) for 4 years to get my car detailed (oxidation removal, etc.) and I regret not getting my car ceramic coated earlier. Sure, my car looked better than new, the paint all glossy and slick, every time after getting it detailed by Andres, but the ceramic coat that Andres applied this time takes it to another level.

In the past, Andres demonstrated a little about his process of ceramic coating so I decided to finally do it. Since this car is 2 years old, he did 3 stages of paint correction to get the paint at its best condition before sealing it with the ceramic coat. I was shocked at how much extra glossy and reflective the paint was when I received it. Andres even ceramic coated the paint on the wheels. The wheels feel just as clean and slick as the paint on the body. The car actually stays clean for longer and stuff just wipes off or rolls off the paint easily. And of course, washing and drying the car is so much more easier now.

Sometimes the shop might show up as closed, but just give Andres a call and he will make time for you, possibly even on the same day! (Oh yeah, and since I have gotten used to coming here, I forgot to mention that Andres offers the best and reasonable price, compared to other shops, on top of the quality and attention that he gives to your car. You'll understand once you meet Andres!)”

It shows in his absolute attention to detail, deep knowledge of care techniques and tools for cars, and radiant attitude. “Will 100% always recommend this place to all family and friends. Venny is super nice and accommodating. I went in to get a quote after a homeless person scratched and dented my brand new car & I trying to figure out whether I should pay out of pocket or go through insurance to avoid my insurance going up. Venny kept reassuring me that the damage was clearly vandalism & recommending that I go through insurance but still willing to do it at a good price if I decided to do it out of pocket. He told me once I decided I can drop my car off at any time. I finally decided to make a claim through my insurance and I went to drop off my car on Friday right before closing. I told Venny I had work on Wednesday early morning and would appreciate if I had my car back on Tuesday night but I was also flexible and could find accommodations if it wasn’t. On Tuesday at 4p he calls me to tell me my car is ready! I go pick up my car and it looks amazing! The headlight restoration made them look brand new! I had tried home kits but they didn't come close to these results.
Mirror and bumper replaced and the car looked brand new after, which is a lot for a 13 yo car. There was a lot of attn to detail in the polishing and dressing of the interior and exterior.

I had a great experience with Graphix Lab and would absolutely recommend them.

They did a chrome delete and taillight tint on my Tesla Model 3, and I also brought in my own screen protector, which they installed for me. The work initially looked fantastic, and the car immediately had a much cleaner, more aggressive look.

A few days later, I noticed some bubbling on one taillight tint and a small issue with the screen protector. When I brought it to their attention, they immediately scheduled me in, were prompt, and took care of everything while I waited—no excuses, no delays, no pushback.

When a business does great work, that’s wonderful—but how they handle things when a correction is needed says just as much, if not more. Graphix Lab made it a priority to make it right, and that level of professionalism really stood out.
