“i took my 2002 honda in for an interior deep clean with wayne and it was great! i have to go across the city to get to wayne, but it was so worth it. wayne did an amazing job, taking his time, cleaning my car like his own. he was also very patient with me during the scheduling process. i appreciate him for being so honest and kind. he took extra care of my car esp since it’s over 20 years old. he also taught me a lot about the cleaning process and cars, which was really informative. my car still needs a lot work on the outside, which i appreciate him for also giving me more insights on alternatives and solutions on how to take care of my car. wayne goes above and beyond! will def recommend wayne to everyone!”

“Excellent quality work. Car looks like it did when I took it off Honda's sale lot. Thorough pet hair removal, great exterior finish.
Two things to be aware of: job took about twice the estimated time, so plan accordingly. Additionally, I recommend confirming all add-on charges explicitly in writing before booking, as there was some misunderstanding about pricing structure, though not extreme. They resolved the pricing question fairly when raised. Would use again but with clearer upfront expectations. Challenging to rate but feels like good faith miscommunication, I'd give ~4.5 if UI allowed it.
Note for the photos, there was a lot of dog hair embedded in the fabric before these were taken, they put in a lot of work.”
“I scraped my car really bad while staying the weekend in SF and needed the car repaired quickly as I was leaving the city the day after. They quoted me and originally said it would take 2-4 days, but when I told them my situation they said they could get it to me by the next day and quickly started working on my car. I brought my car in Saturday morning, and they repaired the damage by afternoon the next day, which means they came in to work on it even on their day off. The car looked brand new, and they even fixed some previous scratches I had on my car for free. I am so grateful for the people at Bismark, they are wonderful, do great work, and they try their best to accommodate your needs. Thank you guys so much!”
“The driver’s side view mirror needed to be replaced and that’s all I was expecting would get done. However, when I picked up my car, it was cleaned inside and out. It Looked like new! He delivered an extremely informative and helpful consultation on services specific to my vehicle - he even took the time to find me an aftermarket internal PPF kit which I had been unable to track down. The day I dropped the car off he stepped me through exactly what he planned to do, rationale behind his approaches and techniques and what I can expect in terms of communication and timelines. He kept me up to date and was timely in all his communications. When I picked the car up, he took me through everything with incredible detail and care in addition to recommendations for after-care and maintenance. His pricing was extremely reasonable given all the services he performed and the quality of his work. I plan to return for future care and am so happy I trusted him with my dream car. “I came to Paul with a full list: deep detail, paint damage that had been bothering me for months, cosmetic scuffs, and a few minor mechanical odds and ends. I expected 80% done adequately. I got 110% done exceptionally.
The paint touch-up work was precise. Color match was spot on, blending was clean, and the repaired areas are genuinely hard to find now. The deep detail was equally thorough. Every crevice around the engine, frame, and bodywork that I’d written off as permanently grimy came back looking factory fresh. The finish had a depth that reminded me of the day I picked it up.
The light mechanical work came with clear communication, honest options, and zero pressure. That kind of transparency is rare.

“I’m a fan of promoting local companies, especially making high quality and specialized products like P & S. I believe they were founded originally in the city but now do their production in the East Bay. This is an outpost that sells their wide selection of auto car detailing products.
They were very helpful in reviewing different products and their intended use. I bought several but was particularly happy with the quality of microfiber towel and their Bead Maker product which isn’t a traditional ceramic or graphene coating, but it is very easy to apply and has a great water beading result.
I’ll be visiting again. My only qualm is that they close pretty early. It’d be great if they were open to 4:00 PM at least.”

“I have been going to SF Auto Detail (Andres) for 4 years to get my car detailed (oxidation removal, etc.) and I regret not getting my car ceramic coated earlier. Sure, my car looked better than new, the paint all glossy and slick, every time after getting it detailed by Andres, but the ceramic coat that Andres applied this time takes it to another level.
In the past, Andres demonstrated a little about his process of ceramic coating so I decided to finally do it. Since this car is 2 years old, he did 3 stages of paint correction to get the paint at its best condition before sealing it with the ceramic coat. I was shocked at how much extra glossy and reflective the paint was when I received it. Andres even ceramic coated the paint on the wheels. The wheels feel just as clean and slick as the paint on the body. The car actually stays clean for longer and stuff just wipes off or rolls off the paint easily. And of course, washing and drying the car is so much more easier now.
Sometimes the shop might show up as closed, but just give Andres a call and he will make time for you, possibly even on the same day! (Oh yeah, and since I have gotten used to coming here, I forgot to mention that Andres offers the best and reasonable price, compared to other shops, on top of the quality and attention that he gives to your car. You'll understand once you meet Andres!)”
