“Jose and the team are honest, helpful mechanics. I was quoted over $900 to fix an engine sensor in my Volvo. The wait time was about 2 weeks. Metric Motors replaced the sensor with a Volvo factory piece for $300. Even better, the repair was done in one day. I've brought my car back multiple times and always receive great service. Jose is always reachable by text and can usually get you in within a day or two. Highly highly recommend!”

“Paul and his team did an amazing job with our SUV. They literally took out the entire interior, sanitized using enzyme and ozone over multiple days. They also cleaned the engine compartment, and cleaned the drain lines around the sunroof that were blocked. Additionally, the team took care of rust and spray painted some troublesome parts. When everything was back together, it looked like new. Paul was very communicative throughout the entire process and kept detailed notes of the work they did. “I brought my 2014 Acura ILX to have the headlights changed because I was getting tired of the yellow color of the headlight. I spoke to Vlad about it and he said they could definitely change the lights to have more of a white color (led lights) and he recommended that they put on a clear coat so that the headlight would not fog up and would be brighter. I have to say, I was extremely pleased! They did an amazing job and even though they were busy they got the car to me next day. I highly recommend the shop and will be returning for other work I want done.”

“Dang. These guys really care. I've had 14 catalytic converters stolen ( I know) and these workers make it possible for me to keep my sanity. They look up new tactics to try and help my car, they get things done asap, and they keep me up to date as they do so. They're quick, do good work, and show that they care and are not just trying to get me (or rather my insurance...) to pay an arm and a leg. Highly recommend (and they're one of State Farm's "official servicers" in case that's useful info...) AKA I don't have to deal with much of anything- they take care of all the billing with my insurance. Oh and my car is always cleaner when they return it to me!”

“So, I hadn't cleaned my car in three years - I know, it was a mess. BUT, the guys at Magic Auto worked a miracle on my baby. I made an appointment over the phone and they were very friendly. I got the express hand wax with basic interior and it only took a little over two hours. When I went to pick up my car, the outside was squeaky clean and the inside looked brand new! It did have a light lemony chemical smell, but nothing that bothered me.Two things to note:1) they're located INSIDE the Japan Center garage - took me forever to realize! They validate $6 of your parking, so you'll still have to pay the remainder depending on how long they spend on your car.2) they don't take credit card, so bring your checkbook!They did a really great job on my mess of a car for only $80 + the difference in parking fees, and I can definitely say I'll be back.”
