It’s rare to find such efficient and friendly service, and I’m definitely planning on making them my go-to shop for my oil changes and regular tune-ups moving forward. Two things to be aware of: job took about twice the estimated time, so plan accordingly. Additionally, I recommend confirming all add-on charges explicitly in writing before booking, as there was some misunderstanding about pricing structure, though not extreme. They resolved the pricing question fairly when raised. Would use again but with clearer upfront expectations. Challenging to rate but feels like good faith miscommunication, I'd give ~4.5 if UI allowed it.

He delivered an extremely informative and helpful consultation on services specific to my vehicle - he even took the time to find me an aftermarket internal PPF kit which I had been unable to track down. The day I dropped the car off he stepped me through exactly what he planned to do, rationale behind his approaches and techniques and what I can expect in terms of communication and timelines. He kept me up to date and was timely in all his communications. When I picked the car up, he took me through everything with incredible detail and care in addition to recommendations for after-care and maintenance. His pricing was extremely reasonable given all the services he performed and the quality of his work. I plan to return for future care and am so happy I trusted him with my dream car. Will be sending my friends his direction!”

“I can’t recommend this body shop enough. As a recent college grad going through this process for the first time, and without full coverage, so I had to handle everything myself without insurance’s help, so I really appreciated having Eric in my corner.

This wasn’t a smooth process. The at-fault insurance ignored our emails, delayed repairs, delayed the vehicle inspection, and severely undervalued parts. But Eric stuck with me through all of it! He was very patient, communicative, and always pushing things forward on my behalf.

I had a great experience with Graphix Lab and would absolutely recommend them.

They did a chrome delete and taillight tint on my Tesla Model 3, and I also brought in my own screen protector, which they installed for me. The work initially looked fantastic, and the car immediately had a much cleaner, more aggressive look.

A few days later, I noticed some bubbling on one taillight tint and a small issue with the screen protector. When I brought it to their attention, they immediately scheduled me in, were prompt, and took care of everything while I waited—no excuses, no delays, no pushback.

When a business does great work, that’s wonderful—but how they handle things when a correction is needed says just as much, if not more. Graphix Lab made it a priority to make it right, and that level of professionalism really stood out.

I had a great experience with this dealership in buying a car from Bob.
This guy is one of the few independent auto dealers that really takes care of his clients. He’s been in business 44 years from what I learned. He’s located out in Half Moon Bay and his office looks like a museum, such a great place just to visit.
But the best part was the Toyota Tacoma I bought from him. It was in beautiful shape, high mileage, but he had all the service records. Bob let me take it on a good test drive so we could check out the four-wheel-drive and he got me a great loan over at the local credit union.
If you want an enjoyable experience buying a used car, go see Bob. He’s not the typical “used car dealer””

“I came to Paul with a full list: deep detail, paint damage that had been bothering me for months, cosmetic scuffs, and a few minor mechanical odds and ends. I expected 80% done adequately. I got 110% done exceptionally.

The paint touch-up work was precise. Color match was spot on, blending was clean, and the repaired areas are genuinely hard to find now. The deep detail was equally thorough. Every crevice around the engine, frame, and bodywork that I’d written off as permanently grimy came back looking factory fresh. The finish had a depth that reminded me of the day I picked it up.

“Went on a long road trip through the mid-west and south and came home with a bug spooge problem. I got in touch with Phil and he came out to my house to assess the condition of my car. He did a sample of his cleaning on a small part of the front of the car and gave me a reasonable estimate. I scheduled time for him to clean the spooge from the forward-facing surfaces and the grill, and also to remove dust/dirt from tire wells. I couldn't be happier with the job he did, as well as the price. I also learned a little bit about taking better care of the car for the future.

He communicated via text with pictures and questions throughout the service, and he was done in about 5 hours.

“Let me start by saying I don’t care much about my car, I have no idea what a clay bar is, and I was very skeptical about spending this chunk of money on a car wash.

But I should’ve known what I was in for when the gentleman with the ponytail, a man of few words but likely filled with expert knowledge on car detailing unknown to other men, brought out a toothbrush and heavy-duty vacuum before I even dropped my keys off at the front desk.

I am BEYOND satisfied with the service here and it was worth every cent. I have a dog that sheds heavily, and there was not a single hair in the car when I picked it up, which made me wonder: do I even have a dog? I can see my reflection in my car, and I swear I almost caught a glimpse into my future because it was so shiny and bright. There is no dust in the crevices around the window buttons.

I could go on, but please, check this place out for yourself. Invest a little in your car. Your car and your future self will thank you. Can’t recommend it enough.
