“I'm a pretty tough critic so here we go:

My friends and I were coming here to see Zedd at Bill Graham but since some of us were driving in I wanted to find somewhere with free parking and, if possible, free breakfast. This place had both and it was near enough to where we wanted to be so I said sure, let's try it.

Check-in was easy and the front desk was always helpful throughout my stay. For instance, since some of my friends were driving up Saturday I asked if their room could be as close to us as possible, which they did do for us. Yes there is free coffee and tea 24/7, and there's a station at the water fountain to refill a water bottle as well which is always nice and environmentally friendly. Love that.

First thing I noticed when I walked into the room was that there was an actual door to the bathroom, and not one of those sliding ones which I HATE and everyone seems to have nowadays. But, upon exploring, there are also bathrooms elsewhere in the hotel to use if yours is occupied by a friend who takes long showers. Love that. The TV did have Live TV as well as some streaming options -- Netflix and YouTube were the only two we used. There wasn't any options for like HBOMax or Paramount+ or Disney+ ... I wish we could access all our streaming accounts but those worked well enough for us.

The gym downstairs -- one of the larger gyms for sure that I've seen in a hotel. My friend and I worked out in there, watched some TV while working out. Loved all of that.

When I was hungry I wanted to just walk somewhere to grab some food and right downstairs was a sandwich shop which I thought was good. The next day we walked to the In-N-Out which was maybe a 5-7 minute walk, along with a Krispy Kreme and then we walked to the CVS a little further away. All so close and convenient. Loved all that.

I mean, other than that, the only downside I saw was that the water pressure was a little light but I can live with that. So glad I decided to try out this hotel bc now when I come to SF I will consider this as one of my top options.”

“I travel across the peninsula for work. I live in Sacramento so I stay in the city a couple times a week to avoid excessive travel. In terms of Value, this is the best by far. Rooms are clean, cozy, quiet, and your a 5 minute drive from the central hub of the SF freeway interchange. Gas, grocery and fast food within striking distance.”

“Clean & comfortable, with low noise considering the Mission Street location. Older design with smaller rooms, yet very well maintained. Service was minimal, but appropriate for this property. I would return with no misgivings.”

“Perfect place to stay for a fun weekend at cow palace! Vipal went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel comfortable and the housekeeping staff was very helpful. There was a large mini fridge to stock drinks and a microwave and plenty of space & mirrors for 3 of us girls to get ready. Everything was clean and they always provided towels each day. The walk to and from the event was literally 5 min and area was very quiet and safe.”

“If you’re attending any kind of event at the Cow Palace this is a perfect spot to book your stay! It’s a 10 minute walk (perfect for pregaming to the event & save in Uber)
It’s very clean & has all the appropriately amenities needed for a weekend’s stay. The furniture may be a little run down but we mostly used it to put our belongings & clothes after the each night of the event. It has a dainty retro feel & the bed is super comfortable! Only issue I had was that the curtains don’t close all the way and I love a dark room for sleeping after a day of activities & dancing. The two gentlemen in the front have exceptional service & will help with anything that you might need. We’ll see you again next year! ?”
