“The last review I wrote about Metro by t mobile was supposed to be directed at metro's headquarter's management and not towards this San Juan Capistrano store. That is just one store I walked out of that my phone asked me what I thought of it.Bad timing. To be honest, that store is great. Nothing wrong that I can think of and thanks to Monica, the South County, Regional Manager, who was really great and very helpful to me, I was able to speak to Enrique, this store owner, who was very pleasant and very helpful also. It is people like these that make it for Metro by T mobile.To sum it up, this store. It's owner and his employees and Monica Meiloaica, The South County, Regional Manager, are excellent people and Metro by T mobile should consider themselves very fortunate to have these people working for them and I believe any customer that should deal with these people will be getting the best service one can get. “The remodel of this 7-Eleven is amazing and they did a great job with all the lighting. They actually include hard alcohol now too so the owner stepped it up and got the license for it; Ever since this newer younger owner came to this location, I have noticed enhancements in that this place is a lot more hip, modernized, and seems to be a lot more active than before. I've been coming here for 18 years. I think the owner did a great job and he's also very nice and friendly as well which makes it more appealing to attend to when I have a need for some quick foods. I have literally avoided some places due to their hospitality or tonality being very unappealing but this 711 is legit!”

“This Target is literally the size of a shoebox! There is no true clothing or home department, if that is what you're after. It's like a drug store with the essentials when on a quick run. But what shocked me the most about this location is that they have the biggest black hair care aisle I have seen at any big-box store ever! Not the three shelf segregrated corner like most places. It was like shopping for candy. I loved it. I highly recommend us textured hair people to shop here because your time will not be wasted.”

“I went to Verizon Laguna Niguel to see if I could switch to an affordable plan, that would still offer what I needed. I was also interested in looking at the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I was impressed with the level of customer service I received from Morgan, the Specialist I was talking with. She was so patient and kind. She answered all my questions and helped to find the best plan, that would work for me. She also provided additional information to contact the Loyalty Team, since I have been with Verizon for 29 years!! I was so grateful for all her help!! Thank you Morgan!! I got the chance to talk with Victor, the Store Manager. He was also very kind and helpful. He has an amazing team!! I highly recommend going to the Laguna Niguel location.
