“Walk in is great, 1800 phone help is CRAP! I needed assistance, called the Pleasanton Office who sent me to the 1800 number immediately, which is just music for hours and hours, leave a call back number, and NEVER get a call back!
Edited to add: Found out that the deposit wasn't rejected. Shout out to JoJo in the OEFCU office in Redding, CA. She didn't send me to the 1800 number, like the Pleasanton, CA office did, she researched the, supposed, rejection herself. Found out later, on the depositors end, that I was misinformed. They NEVER SENT, the deposit they told me they had, then they told me that the, deposit they never sent, had been rejected by OEFCU.
OEFCU really needs to fix their 1800 number, but I thank my lucky stars for JoJo in the Redding office, she was a huge help, and reassurance.”
“Google Maps has this branch in the wrong place, and the main picture of it is from old location on Golden Gate Way, current location is next to US Bank so get directions to US Bank if you don't want to get lost! 😁”
“Patelco is the best Credit Union and personal bank you can find! They do an excellent job of protecting your digital transactions. Best customer experience of any bank I've used in the past 30 years. They also have a top notch fraud investigating team. I recent had my card number stole while shopping at a small SF retail shop. By the time I got back to my car, Patelco was calling to alert me that same card was trying to purchase an iPhone 14 and the SF Apple store. Thank God for the good folks at Patelco! I feel confident when using there Mastercard card to make purchases :)”

“I love this place! I have been going here for decades. Customer service is top-notch. When they switched to kiosks, and the customers did not like them, they listened and removed them and returned to the one on one personal service, which I really appreciate. They know their stuff, they’re very efficient and friendly. Would give it a sixth star if I could!”
“Nice people inside, not too long a wait, sometimes when their busy its tough to get very specific banking questions answered, not always the fastest phone customer service, lastly 4 stars because all their ATM's are so slow, imagine depositing $100 in tip money, and having to stand their at 11pm with no one around having to wait for the dam thing to process your request, and then have it kick back bills, or not allow the whole deposit and you have to go to another branch, very frustrating. No plan to switch banks, but their ATMs are their biggest weakness around here.”

“Sabreen Awwad helped me with a very difficult loan transfer. This was a very complicated loan transfer as the result of a court order and was not able to be managed at my local branch in person. Sabreen was able to collaborate with the title department and the other party and get the loan transferred smoothly. She demonstrated effective communication, clear directions and guidance as well as care and patience. She is very knowledgeable, detail oriented and organized on the loan process. A couple of times I had to go into my local branch to sign documents and Sabreen was able to communicate with the Fremont branch to make the transaction smooth and easy.
