Her name is Robin Mac Donald.I was targeted by a scammer who had access to my bank account, was taking money out in a fraudulent way when I found out that these people were not legit. I panickedI left retail banking years ago and joined Provident credit union who has been awesome when I told Robin my problem, she stopped everything she was doing call me into the office as I was conversing with one of her tellers, and she change my bank account number for me immediately she was trying to think of ways just to get me out of the mess that I was inI thank you so much Robin for saving my financial Reputation she close that old account and gave me a new one and she took time to do all the paperwork and it was pretty lengthy. “I've had nothing but great service with this branch. My account was hacked - not due their fault - and they were able to get me hooked up with a new account that same day. Everything went very smoothly. My ONLY issue is their hours. Anytime I want to go into the office, I have to take an hour from work. I wish they would have at least one day a week where they were open until 5 pm. Maybe adjust their hours to be from 10 am - 5 pm. That would be very helpful.”

“Patelco is the best Credit Union and personal bank you can find! They do an excellent job of protecting your digital transactions. Best customer experience of any bank I've used in the past 30 years. They also have a top notch fraud investigating team. I recent had my card number stole while shopping at a small SF retail shop. By the time I got back to my car, Patelco was calling to alert me that same card was trying to purchase an iPhone 14 and the SF Apple store. Thank God for the good folks at Patelco! I feel confident when using there Mastercard card to make purchases :)”

And I arrived 8 minutes before closing and they were actually still open till 6pm. Which is what the time are stated online and did not close 5-10 minutes early like others do!!!
