Michelle went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and maintain a very clean facility. She even tried to help us by holding off the increase for a short time. We are only vacating because of the cost, not because of the service, and we are disappointed that the company's pricing policy prevented us from staying.”

“I have rented at this Public Storage location for many years, and I must say that the on site manager Kumar has provided me with exceptional customer care for years now. He takes wonderful care of the property, keeping it clean, looked after and secure, giving me confidence that my things are being well cared for. He is a great communicator and whenever I need anything he responds to any questions or concerns with prompt, caring and timely communication and help. When my keys were stolen and I needed the lock cut off my unit, he was extremely helpful and made it as positive an experience as possible. He brings a special warmth and genuine care that makes it a joy to see him and work with him, which is a really huge blessing when it comes to where you store your belongings. I am deeply grateful! “I showed up to rent instead of doing it online. Leo was surprised to see me. I told him I wanted to see an available space and rent. He let me know if I wanted the two-month 50% discount, I needed to do everything online. I'm glad he told me that. I sat just outside the gate and reserved and paid online.
Leo was very helpful. If you need space, I recommend going there, especially if they have a current discount.”
“Leila at the Public Storage at 15285 E. 14th in San Leandro provides excellent customer service. She’s friendly, personable and accommodating. I first spoke to her on the phone after receiving a prompt text about rentals. In person, she was so helpful and kind. The property is very tidy and easy to use too.”

Mike at the front desk is THE guy every business wants representing them. The unit is easy to get into and there’s even a free cart to use to help roll everything into the unit.”

“Needed a small space (5x5) while we close out a business. Rented a second floor unit. First month $1, $61/month rental and monthly 5% senior discount. Great price. Elevator holds your storage items AND you. Viewed the available unit, did the paperwork and payment, moved several boxes in and left for home in less than an hour. Office staff was nice, courteous and very efficient.”

“Michelle and Alma consistently deliver high standards of service for the storage rental. I've used other storage services before, but I know this place stands out for its quality. The units are clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside, and moving equipment is available at every building. I've also noticed that Michelle and Alma are always willing to help — they always answer the phone during operating hours (except when assisting customers on-site) and respond to emails promptly. I truly appreciate their outstanding service. I've been with Mount Diablo Storage for many years, and I love this place.
