“Fast and easy to get set up with a unit. Easy access and close to home. A little too pricy. Tried to get a discount and received a small one for a bit but then the cost went back up over $200 for a 5x10. Excellent customer service though”

“Reyna the manager of San Ramon facility is by far the best storage manager I’ve ever felt with. Professional, kind and courteous. She always treated me with respect even when I’ve been late on my payments. The previous Manager was awful . He use to berate me and make me cry for being late”

“My family and I had a great experience with Secure Public Storage, particularly because of Patricia. Patricia is the best employee ever, and helped make my move to the east coast possible. She helped coordinate with PODS, cleared space in the parking lot and reserved it, and was always available to help with any questions or concerns. She is the actual best! Yay Patricia!!”

“I have been here for about 10 years and they are the best! Juan treats his tenants like family and is always available to help out with any issues. They also have a U-Haul on site which is super convenient. The prices are also VERY reasonable and better than everyone else in the area!”
