“I have rented at this Public Storage location for many years, and I must say that the on site manager Kumar has provided me with exceptional customer care for years now. He takes wonderful care of the property, keeping it clean, looked after and secure, giving me confidence that my things are being well cared for. He is a great communicator and whenever I need anything he responds to any questions or concerns with prompt, caring and timely communication and help. When my keys were stolen and I needed the lock cut off my unit, he was extremely helpful and made it as positive an experience as possible. He brings a special warmth and genuine care that makes it a joy to see him and work with him, which is a really huge blessing when it comes to where you store your belongings. I am deeply grateful! The office gave me a reasonable quote and the price was more than fair. These guys didn't quit didn't take a break we're very careful and friendly throughout the move. My sofa would not fit in the apartment but these guys did not quit. They blanket wrapped it and hoisted it over the patio! They actually made my moving experience fun and enjoyable. “I'm ill with a life-threatening disease, recently diagnosed. I needed a solid team to get me and my wife moved. Based on reviews I chose this company. Comms were good and the schedulers are accommodating. But the highlight was the team that showed up. I want to commend Alex, Paco, Johnathan, and Steve for pulling us through, well beyond what you'd expect; super-long day after an early start! These guys handled our stuff with care, from packing the boxes up to loading and delivery. Strong, good men in a time when I needed strong good men. It was a way longer day than was quoted and Alex made it a point to explain my options before I authorized additional time. And it wasn't like they were dragging out the time, either. Paco is a great instructor; I watched how patiently he coordinated lifts and furniture protection. Chris was friendly and packed up our kitchen with care. Jonathan helps everyone, listens, and cooperates with guidance while also careful. Alex was great for communication and paperwork and also made sense of our office chaos. You don't find many teams like this. Good luck to you, gentlemen.”

“Overall , great for short term storage . I’m a long time renter of this establishment and the prices increase by over $100.00 per month whenever the supply and demand changes , it seems a bit unfair to long term renters. When storage becomes available the fee doesn’t go down , as units get rented the price increase is very high. I do love the cleanliness of the facility and hours of operation and my property being secure . The staff is very friendly . I would recommend renting here. At the end of the day I’m happy with their service .”

“We had a wonderful experience with JC Express Movers during our family’s move. Communication leading up to moving day was excellent—they were responsive, professional, and kept us informed throughout the process.
On moving day, the three-person crew arrived right on time. After a quick walkthrough of the items to be moved, they got to work immediately. At our new home, they took the time to lay down floor protection before bringing in any furniture, which gave us peace of mind knowing our newly remodeled floors were being protected.
The only challenge was a stubborn screw on one of our bed frames that simply wouldn’t come loose. The team quickly brought it to my attention and talked through several possible solutions with me. In the end, they safely moved three-quarters of the bed frame, and my husband planned to remove the remaining section later. I appreciated their honesty and problem-solving rather than forcing it and risking damage.
The crew worked efficiently, handled our furniture with care, and completed the entire move in just 3 hours and 15 minutes. They were friendly, hardworking, and professional from start to finish.
