“My experience at Castro Valley Hayward Storage was awesome. I arrived and was immediately given excellent customer service. All my questions were answered and best part was everything worked smoothly when I returned later to drop off my equipment.”
“Always a great customer service experience at Dublin Security Storage. I have been using storage units here for a few years as a home stager. The prices are great! Johnson and Casey are helpful and polite.”
“I’ve rented from Enterprise Truck Rental multiple times, and every experience has been outstanding. Dylan, Daniel, and Noah consistently provide exceptional customer service and always go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Most recently, I rented a 12-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and the vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when I arrived. The pickup process was quick and easy, and the team made sure I had everything I needed before hitting the road.
What keeps me coming back is the way they take care of their customers. They are professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing a great rental experience. It’s rare to find a team that is this reliable and customer-focused.
I highly recommend Enterprise Truck Rental to anyone looking for quality vehicles and outstanding service. Thank you, Dylan, Daniel, and Noah, for always taking such great care of me!”
“I needed a forklift in a hurry, I mean same day! Jim with United Rentals came through. A months long project was on the line and Jim came in with the rescue. 100% recommend!”
“Again another super great FAST no hassle pick up & drop off for this Scarlet Ct Dublin location. Greg and team truly fire on all cylinders AND do it cheerfully. Very VERY GREAT EXPERIENCE”
“Everyone was helpful, the front lady was especially nice and even though I was late they still made sure I was taken care of.
Getting a hitch installed so I can tow my sons birthday present...only uhaul in area that had it in stock!”
“The employees here are all very nice and happy and ready to help you. The manager Brodee is very helpful and nice as well. Will definitely be using them again. Rememinds me why my family’s always used you guys for any moving needs.
Why are U-Haul owners so good at relationships? They know how to handle baggage.
What’s a U-Haul’s favorite type of music? Anything that really moves you.”

“I have been here for about 10 years and they are the best! Juan treats his tenants like family and is always available to help out with any issues. They also have a U-Haul on site which is super convenient. The prices are also VERY reasonable and better than everyone else in the area!”
“I have always had a wonderful experience at United Rentals in Dublin for the last 5 years. The staff is friendly and at the same time very professional, helpful and efficient.”
“I believe I met the owner and he was very kind and welcoming. I had mistakenly reserved the biggest van, but he took the time to understand my needs and recommended a smaller truck that was perfect. The vehicle was clean, gas was full, and I had no complaints with the rental.
Only suggestion would be to ease up on selling additional items that aren’t needed. Thank you!”
“The tech who installed my trailer hitch spent a solid 20 minutes checking the torque on every single bolt after the initial fit, which definitely felt thorough. The wait in the office was minimal because they have a separate bay door just for hitch installations, keeping it away from the main truck rental chaos.”

“I just want to say you guys have really made a way for my move. It has been a blessing to have such a great team. The Dublin location was great ! And of course my Great town San Ramon with the self services after hours was amazing!!”
“This location has always provided great service over the years. They seem to have whatever I need when I swing by on the fly. Quick, efficient, and friendly service.”
“Wow. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. The woman that was there had such a great personality and her customer service skills were impeccable. I would recommend this place as they will go out of their way to help you. The truck rental was clean, sanitized and great condition.”
“Great, nice, helpful people. Only downside is the shady guy driving around the parking lot in a red Durango trying to sell stolen electronics. Never buy from a guy selling out of his car window”
“I rent Budget’s cars through the Costco Travel system to get a good price. Never had a problem with customer service at this location.
That said, some of the vehicles I rented here have had low tire pressures; I recommend you to check tire inflation for any vehicle you rent here.”
