“Overall storage facility is "Outstanding". For the 4 years which I had a unit, I had a complete "Peace Of Mind" since its' a clean and safe environment. Recomend any one who's looking for a convenient, safe & nice location, I would recommend Castro Valley Storage. Of course doing one's personal research is essential before making that decision.?”

“When UHaul completely derailed my Dad's move to Oregon by renting out his reserved truck on Friday the 28th and NOT telling him until he arrived to pick it up Saturday AM, Enterprise came through in a pinch! The truck was clean and ready to go right then and there. The only downside is it has to be brought back to CA instead of taking to an Enterprise facility in Oregon. Enterprise in Concord helped save the day on an already stressful and hectic weekend. Thank you.”
“Had a reservation for 3/26 at 9am for a 6x12 trailer. When I arrived, they didn't have the trailer and instead only had a 5x9 at 11a. The woman at the first desk said she meant to call me but to make it up she gave me a discount. When I switched the reservation for the next day, the manager (believe his name was Brodee) still offered the discount and the trailer rental was seamless with all the employees I interacted with. All in all, didn't start off well but their customer service and thoughtfulness more than made up for it! Will rent again from them for sure.”
“Rental could not have gone any better.Rented a 5x9 trailer with ramp to transport a golf cart from home to our country club. I completed all the rental application and reservation online before heading to the facility which made the entire process of checking in, verifying drivers license and hooking up the trailer no more than 10 minutes.The drop off was even better. Pulled in and there was someone standing there waiting to process my return. I backed the trailer into the same space I took it from, he told me I would receive an email and I drove right back out. I don't think the entire process took more than three minutes before I was back on the road.”
“4 ? ? ? ?The only thing I suggest that people get pre-rated for the time the vehicle is not being used. For example I booked the U-Haul Truck for 8 hours but I only used for 5 1/2 hours and it was for the middle of the week (Wednesday, December 13, 2023). You have my information in your database, to be kind to pre-rated or refund me back a lease 2 hours that were not needed of the truck. Thank you and Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2024 ?”
“I just wanted to compliment the manager at this site on such excellent service and for the absolutely AMAZING staff. the empathy and professionalism they've shown me has been above and beyond at a time where things in life are just not going so great to have such kind people to deal with really can help a person's outlook on life. I still have a lot of work to get done and to get over there but just knowing that you're going to be greeted, with people that remember you and are kind and are happy and seem to really enjoy their job. It makes a Siri world a difference. I can't remember everybody's name but I wish I could. I know the managers name is Greg and he is wonderful Ashley she's been phenomenal. I'm kicking myself because I can't remember the guy with the curly hair super super nice and funny as well as everybody else thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart and at a very crucial time you guys have made it more bearable and I appreciate it more than I can express. I wish I can give more than five stars I recommend this location to anybody you'll never find a better staff of people and a more professional staff. Thank you again and I will be there to move units hopefully today again 100 stars to them. I will always recommend this location to anyone for your moving or storage needs!”
“Visited to get Hitch installed on my car. Installation was very professional and vehicle cabin was kept clean with plastic covering. Good customer service at the frontdesk as well at the time of my visit.”
“I worked with Ron at United Rentals and he took care of my business BayAreaRedwood.com with a last minute rental need we had on a Friday (see attached photo).There was a slight misunderstanding when we returned it on that following Monday with another sales agent.I called Ron and left a voicemail; he promptly called me back and took care of us.Previously we used other heavy equipment rental companies and now we're in process of setting up an account.If you need you problem solved, call Ron.”

“My company/work has been working with United Rentals for year. Most particularly, the San Lorenzo location as it's just down the street. We don't use a lot of larger equipment, but the items that we do rent on a regular, our team has no issues. If the location does not have it, they look to see what other sites in the Bay Area, which makes us feel like they go the extra mile. We will continue to rent equipment from UR.”
“I had a pretty good experience with renting a uhaul van in San Ramon. I didn't really need to speak to the front desk but I did notice no one was there. Pick up / drop off was easy except my app froze but a reboot fixed the issue (I've had to reboot other apps on my phone in the past so didn't correlate the issue with their app). The van was slightly dirty but did not prevent me from transporting my stuff. Everything in the van worked as expected. I left my own car parked there until I was done with the van which was very convenient. It was a safe location but hidden. I would definitely rent again here.”
“Home Depot is a homeowners paradise, they have so much amazing products I could lose myself in the store in the aisles for hours. I love shopping here when I need to pick up any home improvement items. I will say the one thing that I don't like about home Depot is the customer service of the availability of the associates I feel like I can never find anyone to help me when I need to find a specific item more staffing would be nice other than that everything else is enjoyable when visiting here.”

“I rented a truck and trailer for a 4 state move to Wyoming. I was greeted by a very pleasant lady in the office. She had all my stuff ready to go. We went over the paperwork and I paid for the rental. She answered every question I had. I would totally recommend Budget Truck rental. They have very fair prices and amazing staff.”

“After researching uhaul and Penske truck rentals for my big move, I was in a bit of a panic. I needed a 16ft truck with a ramp that could get me from Danville to San Jose without brutalizing my wallet. Luckily, I stumbled across Budget and hit the jackpot. Not only did they quote me a significantly lower price than all the other companies I contacted, they also ended up charging me even less than the initial quote! The pre-trip inspection noted all the pre-existing problems with the truck (such as dings and scratches), and at no point did I feel they were trying to take advantage of me in any way. The truck is definitely a "budget" truck - it seemed to have no shock absorption at all - but it was clean and got the job done. They called me several times throughout the week, confirming my internet reservation and negotiating with me on a few points. I ended up changing my one way rental to a roundtrip, but they added on miles. Ended up being a definite win-win. Mimi in charge of the phone calls and Zade behind the counter were both delightful to work worth. If only every move could go this smoothly!”
“I really don't understand all of the negative comments for Budget. Each & every experience I've had with this specific location has been fantastic!My latest experience:Last Friday (7/21/23). My car had already been in the shop for a couple of days & I needed to make a 5 hr trip over the weekend. Was advised car would not be ready until Monday ?Went to Costco to book wknd rental. Chose another firm over budget because price was a little better - mistakeWalked to the other place after work, only to be told they had no vehicles available & not sure why site was still allowing folks to rent.Panic began to set in as it was 440p & I was sure budget closed at 5p.Costco would not allow me to secure wknd rental from B on website, so I tried calling while walking to location..Extremely long story short, Elizabeth & Izael really helped me out!With less than 4 mins before closing, they got me into the type of vehicle I needed at a very fair price- given last min rental! ? ??Thank you....”
