I have had 1 unit since the year 2010. Recently I rented an additional 5 units temporarily and based on price , security and customer appreciation there was no other facility I would even consider. Elevator holds your storage items AND you. Viewed the available unit, did the paperwork and payment, moved several boxes in and left for home in less than an hour. Office staff was nice, courteous and very efficient.”

I left with my new bike rack securely on the newly installed hitch. U-Haul's price for hitch installation can't be beat and the quality of the work looked great.”
“I believe I met the owner and he was very kind and welcoming. I had mistakenly reserved the biggest van, but he took the time to understand my needs and recommended a smaller truck that was perfect. The vehicle was clean, gas was full, and I had no complaints with the rental.
Only suggestion would be to ease up on selling additional items that aren’t needed. Thank you!”
“The tech who installed my trailer hitch spent a solid 20 minutes checking the torque on every single bolt after the initial fit, which definitely felt thorough. The wait in the office was minimal because they have a separate bay door just for hitch installations, keeping it away from the main truck rental chaos.”

“My experience here was brief, but it was good. I decided my belongings needed to go in a climate controlled space, so I booked a space and canceled a few hours later. Juan at the front office was both kind and gracious with check in and with my request to cancel.”

“I rent Budget’s cars through the Costco Travel system to get a good price. Never had a problem with customer service at this location.
That said, some of the vehicles I rented here have had low tire pressures; I recommend you to check tire inflation for any vehicle you rent here.”
