We went over the paperwork and I paid for the rental. She answered every question I had. I would totally recommend Budget Truck rental. They have very fair prices and amazing staff.”

“Had a reservation for 3/26 at 9am for a 6x12 trailer. When I arrived, they didn't have the trailer and instead only had a 5x9 at 11a. The woman at the first desk said she meant to call me but to make it up she gave me a discount. When I switched the reservation for the next day, the manager (believe his name was Brodee) still offered the discount and the trailer rental was seamless with all the employees I interacted with. All in all, didn't start off well but their customer service and thoughtfulness more than made up for it! Will rent again from them for sure.”

“When UHaul completely derailed my Dad's move to Oregon by renting out his reserved truck on Friday the 28th and NOT telling him until he arrived to pick it up Saturday AM, Enterprise came through in a pinch! The truck was clean and ready to go right then and there. The only downside is it has to be brought back to CA instead of taking to an Enterprise facility in Oregon. Enterprise in Concord helped save the day on an already stressful and hectic weekend. Thank you.”

“I had a pretty good experience with renting a uhaul van in San Ramon. I didn't really need to speak to the front desk but I did notice no one was there. Pick up / drop off was easy except my app froze but a reboot fixed the issue (I've had to reboot other apps on my phone in the past so didn't correlate the issue with their app). The van was slightly dirty but did not prevent me from transporting my stuff. Everything in the van worked as expected. I left my own car parked there until I was done with the van which was very convenient. It was a safe location but hidden. I would definitely rent again here.”

“After researching uhaul and Penske truck rentals for my big move, I was in a bit of a panic. I needed a 16ft truck with a ramp that could get me from Danville to San Jose without brutalizing my wallet. Luckily, I stumbled across Budget and hit the jackpot. Not only did they quote me a significantly lower price than all the other companies I contacted, they also ended up charging me even less than the initial quote! The pre-trip inspection noted all the pre-existing problems with the truck (such as dings and scratches), and at no point did I feel they were trying to take advantage of me in any way. The truck is definitely a "budget" truck - it seemed to have no shock absorption at all - but it was clean and got the job done. They called me several times throughout the week, confirming my internet reservation and negotiating with me on a few points. I ended up changing my one way rental to a roundtrip, but they added on miles. Ended up being a definite win-win. Mimi in charge of the phone calls and Zade behind the counter were both delightful to work worth. If only every move could go this smoothly!”

“Today we needed some blinds cut and were waiting for quite some time along with two other people. Stephen found us and although he could not cut them himself he stayed nearby, spoke with other associates, and made several announcements to help us. We were very grateful to him and credit him with managing to finally get someone over after an over 20min wait. With his help, we had 3 people arrive and we were on our way to checkout within a minute.”

“I really don't understand all of the negative comments for Budget. Each & every experience I've had with this specific location has been fantastic!My latest experience:Last Friday (7/21/23). My car had already been in the shop for a couple of days & I needed to make a 5 hr trip over the weekend. Was advised car would not be ready until Monday ?Went to Costco to book wknd rental. Chose another firm over budget because price was a little better - mistakeWalked to the other place after work, only to be told they had no vehicles available & not sure why site was still allowing folks to rent.Panic began to set in as it was 440p & I was sure budget closed at 5p.Costco would not allow me to secure wknd rental from B on website, so I tried calling while walking to location..Extremely long story short, Elizabeth & Izael really helped me out!With less than 4 mins before closing, they got me into the type of vehicle I needed at a very fair price- given last min rental! ? ??Thank you....”

For example I booked the U-Haul Truck for 8 hours but I only used for 5 1/2 hours and it was for the middle of the week (Wednesday, December 13, 2023).
