Their fraud department is outstanding I had an unusual charge on my account that immediately got flagged and within minutes of it happening I received a phone call from a representative asking if I had made those charges. They immediately canceled the card and issued me a new one. On a side note if you go to any branch they will replace you card on the spot so you don't have to wait seven to ten business days for it to be sent in the mail. Staff is very friendly and helpful would highly recommend doing banking business here.”

“I want to give a HUGE shout out to Miguel Perez the branch manager at Travis CU Bank in Davis CA. I came in to resolve and cash a check resulting from a insurance payout. I had everything situated ahead of time with one of the bank's associates I had previously talked to on two separate occasions and even mentioned the drive to bank will be a hour drive. When arriving to bank there was some problems and issues that the previous bank representative (over the phone not at the actual branch fyi) failed to mention. Basically, Miguel went above and beyond to help me get my money issues resolved with professionalism, empathy and in a timely manner. I am VERY grateful and appreciate him for his immediate attention he gave to me and the resolving my needs.
