“I attended the Pen turning class at the Claremont Mesa Rockler store. The instructor was great. She took the time to go over safety procedures and safety equipment. She explained each step of the process in detail. Showed how to setup the machine and blank. She went the extra mile after we finished the pens and answered any questions. I highly recommend this class.”

“This Ace Hardware has a greeter and help desk counter as soon as one steps in the door. The nice lady asked me immediately what I was looking for and then told me what aisle it was in. “FANTASTIC and PERSONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! From my very first call to Berger Hardware, everyone I interacted with was so extremely helpful. From Mateo to Kathy to the woman who runs the front office (I can't remember her name), they all supported each other to make my experience seamless. I broke my 17 year old Emtek door handle, and I looked all over the web for the right replacement. I was able to find the right model on several sites. But, when I went to order it, other online sites suddenly added more fees, or changed the delivery date, or weren't able to source the right model. Berger hardware spent time with me on the phone, found the right model, were able to source it, and stood by their price. On every level they were the absolute best experience. I will always go with Berger Hardware for all of my hardware needs going forward. I highly recommend them, no matter where in the US you live. Their customer service is second to none!”

We recently went into the Kearny Mesa store select an exterior paint color to match our roof, existing trim, etc. (selecting a single color amongst a universe of colors is our kryptonite). We met with Freya Wilson who was sweet, professional, and most helpful. She helped us with a first round color candidates, which we we took home, and then we returned with to give here our feedback and we honed in on a color that works most excellently. So, two rounds and a color discovered, the process could not have gone more seamlessly. Thank you Freya.”

“I was looking for an ABS fitting that no big box store had. So I took to google and my search brought me to Keenansandiego.com. Instead of ordering online, I decided to go to there warehouse since they were local. The new location in Kearny Mesa was a bit tricky to find (across the street from La Mesa RV) because there were no signs on the building. I managed to find it after walking in several open hangers. I was told signage will be going up shortly. They are open to the public and I was able to find what I was looking for. I give this place 5 stars! Good customer service, and a huge selection of plumbing supply.”

“Have to yelp-out 5 stars to DANIELLE at the ABATIX San Diego office, (and also the Irvine office) for their combined efforts to get me ventilation testing supplies within 24 hour ! What incredible support given to me as a first-time customer. I do Industrial Hygiene consulting, and a client changed my ventilation hood survey date up a day earlier. The key item I needed were smoke testing tubes, and one call to ABATIX located them. As I was able to make a phone order before their UPS daily run I got the material by the next day in time for a successful test. HIGHLY recommend Abatix”
