Other banks treat you like dirt because of their size, "they can". Ivan took great care of me here, and even got my dad interested in opening an account. “This review is only for a super nice banker named Tony at this branch. Recently needed some help with a correction on my account and had no choice but to come to the branch to handle the matter. Tony was the one who helped me. He was super nice, diligent, meticulous and very patient. The task was rather complex, and required ALOT of work on his part, he kept a very positive attitude and took the time to handle the work like a champ! He even had to make 2 phone calls to their central office, and he patiently did it with no complaints, was upbeat the whole time. He took care of everything beautifully and provided great service! 5 stars for him. Minus 1 star for the horrible parking situation at this branch.”

“Love having Arrowhead Credit Union so close to home with this new location since I've been with them since 2010. Staff is very helpful and friendly as I expected with ACU. The office is a tiny bit tricky to find since it's at the rear corner of a large building. Hopefully this location will grow and move to the front of the building.”

“ATM MAchine ON LEFT SIDE NOT RECORDING DEPOSITS 100%
Facts : Diamond Bar branch on the corner of Grand and Diamond Bar - I made a cash deposit of $800.00 on May 4 at about 5:55am the atm on the left side in the entrance lobby. After taking my cash deposit the machine timed out on me after showing my the bills I deposited.and reseted itself but didn’t give me a receipt and didn’t complete my $800.00 deposit. I called their resolution team immediately and was told i need to wait 10 -90 days for them to complete an investigation. This branch atm is experimenting with live customers. I have notice it is slow and the user interface is worst than before. What happened to improving it not making it worst. I have since gone to another Citibank to make deposits and noticed they have the original UI, so not all Citibanks are upgrading to the new unstable UI. I was told to ask for a provisional temporary fund until they conclude their investigation. Their Response : 10 - 90 So i asked them ( customer support) what happens if that money was for rent or credit card bills or utilities bills ? Who pays the late fee . They said you will have to work that out yourself. Their machine is faulty , they caused the inconvenience and its my fault for making the deposit ? Brand manager just smiled at me saying call the customer support on the back of the card , i can’t help you. I have been banking here for over 15 years both personal and business. Its not the first time nor the second time i have experienced this behavior from this branch. Maybe its the culture there. If you treat your customers rude they don’t have to work as hard as long as you have other customers that are making larger deposits. I know it makes no sense. I do my best to not go inside and make my deposits at the atm instead . If only this bank was not on my way to work ( so convenient) . Perhaps its time to try the other 3 banks in the same plaza. Its been over a week and still no provisional funding on the account. Why can’t they just count the money that day ?

“I don’t have an account with them, but every time I used their ATM to withdraw cash, it was in service and operated smoothly. I also appreciated not having to wait in long lines. Overall, my experience with their ATM services was excellent.”

“This is the first time I found out that this bank exists in Walnut. It's a very small bank located at the very end corner of a Korean business center at Brea Canyon Rd. The employees, all ladies, are very nice and friendly, greeting everyone who steps inside the bank (in Korean), and not forgetting to say "thank you" when their customers are leaving. We came here twice to open new accounts. Mrs. Kim was very helpful and detailed, though she did not talk much in English. Still, she, together with others, make us feel welcomed. It's a nice local bank, convenient with a Korean supermarket next door for some grocery shopping. It doesn't have many offers for investments, but its employees sure give their utmost care and service.”

“The Diamond Bar branch is outstanding - especially considering the migration/transition from Union Bank to US Bank in March 2023. Unfortunately the in branch computers do not mirror Customer Service phone/online support - so it takes a lot of calling - being on hold and transferring to get correct information. Cindi Tong was especially helpful in processing my Plat+ VISA application - they just do not have enough workers to handle intake and problems. Thank the branch workers for their outstanding assistance.”
