“Came into the store on July 22 at around 1:20 PM to return some Verizon equipment and the two gentlemen that were there were amazing very helpful and kind! The representative that helped me was able to figure out a mailing address that I needed because Verizon wasn’t helpful but he was able to figure it out fast and efficiently. They were also very kind and offered my kids some stickers. These two gentlemen deserve a raise for their awesome customer service!!!”

“One of thee best and affordable offices in the entire IE. I needed a virtual office and everywhere that was virtual charged much more and was 100% online so little sketch. I came here and got a tour and was given the opportunity to go over what I needed the virtual office for. They also are very good at making sure the correct mail goes to the correct box (happens a lot at other places it doesn’t). I sadly moved so left recently, but they still texted me saying I got a letter and that is key!!! Many places just toss your mail, they still asked. I hope anyone looking for a virtual office chooses here. You won’t be disappointed.”

There usually isn't a long wait and I find the workers to be efficient and friendly.
At another UPS store, which I will not name, the lines are often long and the workers take a long time on one customer. That isn't necessarily the worker's fault, but it's still an inconvenience and happens often.
So, I highly recommend this UPS store.”
“Reliable delivery. Convenient location inside Albertsons. It was pretty busy on Monday at 12pm. $28 for ground shipping my package to Indiana. There were customers doing passport photos and picking up packages from mailboxes. Paper shredding is available for a fee.”

I just went here and paid for shipping (just a bit more than the post office) but excellent…gave me a tracking number, stapled my picture and they will email me once it’s been shipped. I learned they also offer a package for 200 which includes filling out your application, taking a photo, shipping costs and resolving any problems …super worth it for someone who may need that assistance. Owner’s name is Bryan and he’s super friendly”

“I’ve dropped off Amazon return packages here several times, and I’ve never had any problems. The line can be long sometimes because it’s a busy location.
I also have a P.O. Box here, and I’ve never had any issues receiving my mail.
My only complaint is about getting your passport renewed. If you need a passport photo, I highly recommend getting it taken somewhere else—preferably at a place that specializes in professional passport photos. 😂 The ugly passport photo they took of me is going to follow me around for the next 10 years! I’m honestly embarrassed to travel with it. LOL.
Other than that, my passport renewal process went very smoothly.”
