“They're okay for a credit union. They can't be reached by phone, so that's annoying. If you leave a CD they won't make it right, they gave a .09% after we had a 4.5, and the rate now is 5.5%! Really upset about this! Then we took it out to get the 5.5%, and they charged over $400.00. Then we got a letter apologizing for their mistake BUT NO OFFER OF MY $400.00 PLUS BACK!! SICK”

Very much appreciated.I wish Chase would lower the minimum daily balance of $1,500 to avoid $12 / month fee. I am not sure how many of us can afford to have that $1,500 parked at the bank daily , if we did not have direct payroll banking, to avoid fee. if you miss $1,500 a day a month, that is $144 a year in fee!.Study shows 57% of the Americans can't afford $1,000 emergency fund .”

“The people I had to work with were super friendly, but on the whole the process was frustrating. I spent almost 3 hours here, doing a thing I had just spent 1.5 hours doing at another bank. It wasn't the on site people's fault so much as just the megalithic bank has so many regulations and hoops. If you gotta use BofA the branch is clean, and friendly.”

“We need some documents notarized. So I had my hubby call into Chase and he spoke with Tonya. She is a banker at this location but she is also does notary. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a smile, assisted right away, and got down to business. We came here once before when we needed our mortgage loan modification legally notarized by our first servicer and she was awesome. Long story short, we are back to get a 2nd set of our Final Mortgage Loan modification documents legally notarized. We had 2 sets to notarize. Tonya and I reviewed all the pages provided and she confirmed that some of the paperwork needed jurats to be attached per thhe CalIfornia State Law for Notary. She was very attentive to our needs. We went through each individual page on our first set and then we went through the second set to confirm all pages were included and nothing was missed. I am giving Tonya 5 stars because of the exceptional service she provided both times we needed assistance on notarizing our legal documents. If I could give 10stars, I would. Tonya is the best and my hubby and I are very grateful for everything she did to ensure that we walked out with less stress due to this whole mortgage modification process. Thank you Tonya!”
