“Saw this bank online in a video with KULT NEWS and the staff were extremely friendly and professional UNLIKE many many other banks that are quick to call police and have an attitude even though you’re NOT even on their property.

“Toni (sp?) the teller, she was very helpful and patience with me, even i was a bit frustrated with the alerts setting, my silly operator error. Very much appreciated.
I wish Chase would lower the minimum daily balance of $1,500 to avoid $12 / month fee. I am not sure how many of us can afford to have that $1,500 parked at the bank daily , if we did not have direct payroll banking, to avoid fee. if you miss $1,500 a day a month, that is $144 a year in fee!.
Study shows 57% of the Americans can't afford $1,000 emergency fund .”

“I recently had a very important transaction requiring personal help from ny Credit Union, Unify. Although I recently moved to the Concord area, I drove to the Brentwood branch. Once living in that area, I trust them. The minute I walked in, I saw Debbie and I knew I would be given the best of care. Not only did she walk me through my transaction, she has very personable conversation and a way to calm me as I was quite nervous. My earliest transactions with Unify started at that branch, also with Debbie.
