I am a long time customer and I've learned to be patient and wait for him to serve my circumstance. I am not savy with the online services that are offered and he always makes any potential frustration disappear. He is always patient and kind and explains my circumstances well. He never makes me feel inadequate for lack of technical understanding. I hope his superior is aware of the employee he has.”

“This is our first time going to this branch and I have to say we're very impressed. We were the only customers there. Maybe they've only been opened for 10 minutes. It's very nice on the inside and outside. Plenty of space for parking. Customer service was great, very friendly and open. They have granola bars for snacks, candy, filtered water and coffee for their customers.”

“My first time today at this location. It was very clean and spacious. There were only 2 tellers working and a long line. The line moved somewhat quickly. I was able to withdrawal my birthday funds without fuss or issue. The teller was polite. This Travis Location is located on Harbison Dr, in the same parking lot as Target. Parking lot is small and was packed when I arrived. There are ATMs outside. I never used them and can't speak on my experience with them.”

“I requested to pickup a check from here in order to purchase a vehicle and it went smoothly as expected. Their receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The Teller that assisted me was quick and thorough but was able to get me through in less than 10 minutes. The service overall from the staff was excellent. I do wish that they have a location much closer to Sacramento.”
