“Gentlemen that worked here was very attentive patient and helpful. I believe he was there 30 minutes passed the closing time helping another customer and wasn't rushing her at all. I over heard him on the phone so I believe he had someone waiting for him and he showed complete composure and professionalism”
“The UPS Store's system for returning wifi equipment was out but Mike at the store knew I was from Lake Arrowhead and wanted to help so he accepted our equipment to be returned to Frontier. As he couldn't get into the system he validated the equipment numbers and as he couldn't give me a receipt had me take a photo of the equipment and give him my email and phone number so he could send me confirmation once his system was up. The next day he confirmed its return and Frontier confirmed receipt.
It's great to trust someone to do what they said they would do.”
