“This UPS Store sets the bar high for customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed at the door. They let everyone know how long they might expect to wait, and there were clear signs showing where the line started — simple details that made the process smooth and stress-free.
Most importantly, when I mentioned I had more boxes, Noah went above and beyond. He offered me a dolly, stepped away to prop the door open, and even kindly lifted the boxes from the dolly onto the scale.
