“I recently bought a mattress during the Labor Day sale, and Tyler made our process so easy and enjoyable. He’s very knowledgeable of what he’s selling and makes you feel comfortable through the whole process. We got our bed delivered today and it is everything that we were hoping for. I recommend this mattress firm location.”

“We came into the store desperately in need of a new mattress. Christopher found the perfect fit for us. His first recommendation was just right, but he had us try several options to make sure. We didn’t need the free box spring or platform so he hooked us up with a luxe mattress pad and sheet set. Check out was quick and easy. We had not intended to finance the purchase, but he pointed out that they were offering 0% financing for 72 months so it turned out to be a no brainer. Thanks, Christopher! We would highly recommend!”

“I had a wow, awesome experience with Nisha, the store manager at Mattress Firm! She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. I needed help with a warranty order, and Nisha took the time to walk me through everything step by step, making the process very easy and clear. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood what to do. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you, Nisha, for going above and beyond! I really appreciate your help and highly recommend visiting her at Mattress Firm.”

“A pleasant surprise! Couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else. Buying a bed is not an easy endeavor but Devi (customer rep) made it so. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. I couldn't be more satisfied with the purchase and process in buying a new bed for my son. Thank You to Mancini's and Devi.”

“Excellent experience in the showroom with no-pressure tactics, very helpful answering our questions, good service and delivery experience. We are very satisfied with everything about our purchase. We visited some other showrooms in the area and New American Furnishings stands out.”

“While I did go in having fully researched what I wanted online, there is nothing to replace actually lying on the beds and talking about the features to be certain your research was complete. Met a wonderful sales associate who made every effort to hover just outside of visual range so as to make us (wife and I) comfortable and to allow us to talk about our thoughts. We also weren't pressured to make a decision before leaving. We placed an order on the following day.”
