“I purchased two pendant lights for my kitchen and one arrived shattered. That was not positive but what was excellent was how my situation was handled. Everything is fine when the ship sails smoothly but when it didn’t, Glencora at Dublin’s Lamps Plus and Chelsea in Customer Service rectified the situation quickly and I am all set. “While I did go in having fully researched what I wanted online, there is nothing to replace actually lying on the beds and talking about the features to be certain your research was complete. Met a wonderful sales associate who made every effort to hover just outside of visual range so as to make us (wife and I) comfortable and to allow us to talk about our thoughts. We also weren't pressured to make a decision before leaving. We placed an order on the following day.”
“I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Destination Baby & Kids. After receiving my stroller, I mistakenly assumed I had been sent an open-box item due to the factory tape at the top of the box being cut and resealed. I immediately reached out with my concerns, and Bryan responded personally after hours with a detailed explanation that completely cleared up the misunderstanding.
Bryan explained that they carefully opened the shipping box only to place the car seat adapters I ordered so that everything arrived together in one package. His reassurance that the stroller was brand new, and time he took to explain the process he did in handling my order put my mind at ease. His prompt response actually saved me from driving about 80miles round trip over the weekend for an exchange.
That level of customer service is hard to find these days, and it speaks volumes about how much Bryan and Gina care about their customers.
I’d also like to thank Gina for all of the incredibly informative stroller reviews on their @destinationbabykids YouTube channel. Her honest, detailed comparisons played a huge role in helping me choose our stroller after all the indecisiveness I had in the stroller I thought would be best for my family lol. It’s refreshing to see a retailer invest so much time into educating parents rather than simply trying to make a sale.

“I’ve had wonderful experiences at this Bassett Furniture. I’ve worked very closely with design consultant Fronda Reed, who has been an absolute joy to work with! I’ve placed a number of large orders with her for a home I purchased in Savannah and every one has gone flawlessly. She has always kept me apprised of the status of my orders so that I could coordinate trips to Savannah to coincide with the delivery dates. She’s also done 3D renderings of the spaces in my home so that I could see how the items I’m considering will look and fit in the space. Everything I’ve ordered has arrived in perfect condition and the quality of the furniture has been top-notch! Fronda always follows up to make sure that I’m completely happy with everything. I love working with her! Every one of the employees I’ve met at this store has been so nice and friendly to me and my partner (a special shout out to Melanie).
