“Went to over 5 stores shocked by couch prices in so many outlet centers. Walked into Ashley and finally saw prices that were reasonable and quality furniture. Purchased my sectional at a price I would have purchased at Costco and it was better and cannot wait for the delivery.”

Met a wonderful sales associate who made every effort to hover just outside of visual range so as to make us (wife and I) comfortable and to allow us to talk about our thoughts. “I am a frequent customer of Home Goods and have four within 20 minutes of our home. I just received AMAZING service from SOFIA S. at Dublin Home Goods. I am 78 and have a brace on my leg. When I asked for help with a bench, a blond woman told me she was with a customer and I’d have to wait. She did not call anyone.
However, SOFIA S. spotted me immediately and not only carried out the bench, but helped me clear every thing out of the car to squeeze it in, then put the other items back in the trunk. What a really kind person and an employee who knows what customer service is! SHOUT OUT TO SOFIA S. (not sure if she spells her name “Sophia.””
“We would like to take this opportunity to recognize Desiree Corbal, Interior Design Consultant at the Ethan Allen furniture store in Dublin, CA for her professional and dedicated support in helping us design our family room space and select a beautiful sectional couch and recliner chair.
She worked patiently with us over several visits to the Ethan Allen showroom in March 2025 to make our purchasing experience complete from the various couch and recliner chair styles available, down to the many color and fabric texture selections that we could choose from for both furniture pieces.

“I purchased two pendant lights for my kitchen and one arrived shattered. That was not positive but what was excellent was how my situation was handled. Everything is fine when the ship sails smoothly but when it didn’t, Glencora at Dublin’s Lamps Plus and Chelsea in Customer Service rectified the situation quickly and I am all set. I highly recommend Glencora in the Dublin location!”
