“I am a frequent customer of Home Goods and have four within 20 minutes of our home. I just received AMAZING service from SOFIA S. at Dublin Home Goods. I am 78 and have a brace on my leg. When I asked for help with a bench, a blond woman told me she was with a customer and I’d have to wait. She did not call anyone.
However, SOFIA S. spotted me immediately and not only carried out the bench, but helped me clear every thing out of the car to squeeze it in, then put the other items back in the trunk. What a really kind person and an employee who knows what customer service is! SHOUT OUT TO SOFIA S. (not sure if she spells her name “Sophia.””

“I purchased two pendant lights for my kitchen and one arrived shattered. That was not positive but what was excellent was how my situation was handled. Everything is fine when the ship sails smoothly but when it didn’t, Glencora at Dublin’s Lamps Plus and Chelsea in Customer Service rectified the situation quickly and I am all set.
