“Fantastic service! I'd like to thank Upline and their crew for their invaluable contribution to our move. Esteban, Christian, Victor and Deren got to our house and imedietly got to work. They had hour house and garage packed and driving off in their truck in less than 6 hours. Two weeks later, It was time for delivery at the new place. They picked up our stuff from storage and showed up exactly when they were supposed to. They had all our stuff moved into a 5th floor and furniture assembled in just over 4 hours. Was great watching the teamwork come together from this crew.”

“Just call them.They ran a bit behind in the morning. Having had a recent horror of an experience with days late delivery, I was worried and on edge. But they arrived and began immediately! They loaded my contents from a rented container at a company's site. They unloaded my belongings into my new, smaller space. They took extras to my local storage facility for me. They cleaned up after themselves. OnTrack moving did what the said they would from administrative side of the house that needed no reminders and less than a single hour to complete paperwork, to labor logistics who unwrapped and reassembled furniture and they were courteous while they did it. We hired Chipman Relocations via ************************************************* in early April 2023 for a move from ********** to ****************. We received excellent service in every step of our moving process. We had 3 bids performed and the virtual survey App operated by the estimator provided the accurate count and assessment of our belongings -- better than the in-person survey performed by another national company. The bid was reasonable for our content. We were provided with a wealth of information to help ** prepare for our move including frequent contacts from a moving coordinator. From pack-up day through the move and unloading day, we had the same mover assigned to our belongings. He and his team were super helpful, kind, efficient and thorough. Our belongings arrived on the day they were promised. Everything arrived intact and placed as requested. I have no improvements to suggest to Chipman Relocations or *************************************************. This is our first time with hiring a company for an out-of-state move so we were concerned about potential problems. However, the whole experience has been exceedingly positive and we recommend this company.”

“We recently moved across country. Decided to use Chipman as they are affiliated with United van lines. Driver John was very professional and hired excellent help. Quenisha customer service was also amazing. Very thorough follow through and constant contact. She must've called me five times. The pick up was done at the time stated and the load was loaded. Very efficiently delivery was made within the given time frame, John and Juan unloaded it very fast, everything was great until I started to unpack the following day. Unpacking my TV. I noticed that there was some damage. I called Quenisha and explained the problems. She told me she would get in touch with claims. Claims then sent me a form to fill out which I filled out and emailed back. I received a response from claims with a number that was much lower than I anticipated, I contacted Quenisha and she said she would call claims and have them get in touch with me. Within five minutes I received a call from Bret claims, I then explained my side of the view which she listened to patiently. She then stated that she would talk to her manager and get back to me. Within a couple of hours she did call me back telling me that they would cover the entire amount. I judge a company not by how they do regular business but how they do business when there are problems. This company stepped up to the plate and did the right thing. “MM&S packed up our 1700 sqft house into a 26' truck in just one day. And they moved us to our new home 40 miles away the next. Not one thing was broken or scratched. Absolutely an amazing service. Two excellent crews, excellent customer service, and fast. Removing the empty boxes and paper after the move was hard, but we hired someone to take it all away. The bottom line is that we would have spent more money and time if we did it ourselves.”

“It's a big facility. They have storage, packaging materials and everything you need for your moving needs. Fairly decent fleet of vehicles. The vehicle we got was already abused but well maintained. The check-in line at the open was long and they need more staff to handle that rush. On return my payment plan was changed to the one which saved me 10%, that was a pleasant surprise. I will be renting from them again.”

These guys handled our stuff with care, from packing the boxes up to loading and delivery. Strong, good men in a time when I needed strong good men. It was a way longer day than was quoted and Alex made it a point to explain my options before I authorized additional time. And it wasn't like they were dragging out the time, either. Paco is a great instructor; I watched how patiently he coordinated lifts and furniture protection. Chris was friendly and packed up our kitchen with care. Jonathan helps everyone, listens, and cooperates with guidance while also careful. Alex was great for communication and paperwork and also made sense of our office chaos.
