They loaded my contents from a rented container at a company's site. They unloaded my belongings into my new, smaller space. They took extras to my local storage facility for me. They cleaned up after themselves. OnTrack moving did what the said they would from administrative side of the house that needed no reminders and less than a single hour to complete paperwork, to labor logistics who unwrapped and reassembled furniture and they were courteous while they did it. “We recently moved across country. Decided to use Chipman as they are affiliated with United van lines. Driver John was very professional and hired excellent help. Quenisha customer service was also amazing. Very thorough follow through and constant contact. She must've called me five times. The pick up was done at the time stated and the load was loaded. Very efficiently delivery was made within the given time frame, John and Juan unloaded it very fast, everything was great until I started to unpack the following day. Unpacking my TV. I noticed that there was some damage. I called Quenisha and explained the problems. She told me she would get in touch with claims. Claims then sent me a form to fill out which I filled out and emailed back. I received a response from claims with a number that was much lower than I anticipated, I contacted Quenisha and she said she would call claims and have them get in touch with me. Within five minutes I received a call from Bret claims, I then explained my side of the view which she listened to patiently. She then stated that she would talk to her manager and get back to me. Within a couple of hours she did call me back telling me that they would cover the entire amount. I judge a company not by how they do regular business but how they do business when there are problems. This company stepped up to the plate and did the right thing. They had hour house and garage packed and driving off in their truck in less than 6 hours. Two weeks later, It was time for delivery at the new place. We received excellent service in every step of our moving process. We had 3 bids performed and the virtual survey App operated by the estimator provided the accurate count and assessment of our belongings -- better than the in-person survey performed by another national company. The bid was reasonable for our content. We were provided with a wealth of information to help ** prepare for our move including frequent contacts from a moving coordinator. From pack-up day through the move and unloading day, we had the same mover assigned to our belongings. He and his team were super helpful, kind, efficient and thorough. Our belongings arrived on the day they were promised. Everything arrived intact and placed as requested. I have no improvements to suggest to Chipman Relocations or *************************************************. This is our first time with hiring a company for an out-of-state move so we were concerned about potential problems. I pulled in and nobody was around and I walked through the premises, and Matthew came out and assisted me and helped me with everything. “OVER THE TOP!!!!! I hired Magic Moving & Storage to move my parents from the Bay Area to Scottsdale, Arizona. The move was quite involved since my parents lived in their house for over 35 years. It was a long grueling experience to weed through things that they didn't need anymore. I hired this company to pack my parents belongings and store it for a few months and move it to Arizona. “My friend recommended Albion for my recent move. She moves quite a bit so I'm confident of her opinion of an A+ moving service. I'm glad I went with her recommendation. When I spoke to Joe, he gave me a quote for my move and was detailed about how their rates worked: load time / drive time / unload time. He even asked about estimated driving time. He gave me the best rate for my basic needs -- help moving my large furniture. My expectations were realistic as I planned to move smaller items on the days/weeks leading to our last day. When Joe & Gerry arrived we were not ready at all. We didn't have everything 100% packed in boxes and a clear, safe path for them to maneuver thru. We were moving out of an apartment complex where cars were in the way of their truck's path (from front door to parking lot). Thankfully, my neighbors were on their way out and had moved their cars for my movers. For my 2 bedroom apartment Joe estimated 2 hours for loading time. But because we were a hot mess it took them longer. It wasn't until the day Joe called to remind and confirm did I realize we were moving on a holiday but they were still able to move and help us anyway. By the time we reached 2+ hours of loading time it was nearly lunch time. We offered to buy Joe & Gerry lunch and asked if they wanted to take a break before they started unloading but they kindly declined. When Joe and Gerry arrived they were so kind and patient with us. They offered to break down our furniture and rebuild it when we got to unloading. But we refused the rebuild because in all honesty we didn't have a concrete plan of where we wanted our furniture. In the end, I ended up paying more than Joe estimated for a few valid reasons: 1. We didn't have everything packed, they had to work around our mess. Instead of 2hrs it took 2.5 hrs. Lesson learned here: have boxes nearly ready to go and all loose items out of their way. 2. It did not take 45-mins to get to the new home. It took 1-hour because of traffic. Overall, I had a very positive and delightful experience. Because it was a holiday, I gave both Joe & Gerry a generous tip. It was my bad for scheduling a holiday but they were gracious to do it.”
