“Only te best spot for som really fresh and tasty seafood! We ordered the #1 2 fish tacos, chips, salsa, and a drink! The total was 25$ including tip and worth ever penny! The fish was crispy, tasty and delicious! Chips weren't stale and salsa was tasty not overly spicy. Our order took about 5 minutes to be served and was piping hot! We sat in the patio area about 10 ft from Whittier blvd. so we saw all the Sunday traffic lowriders, speed racers, and a huge group of cyclists it was awesome. Great food, great price on a beautiful Sunday!”

“This location is layout just like their La Puente store although I'm not sure if they are owned by the same person or is a franchise. Besides beef, seafood, chicken, and pork, the market offers everything you'll need for grilling outdoors, including charcoal, salsas, tortillas, and spices. They even off wagyu from Japan, Australia and tomahawk ribeye's. I've visited this location twice and have taken home USDA prime marinated carne asada and tried their chorizo sausages made specifically for grilling. The butchers and customer service gals here are friendly and accommodating. As for the quality of meats, I was impressed with the packaging, leanest, and the quality of all their proteins. They also offer yummy salsas that taste homemade. The prices are higher but in exchange you'll receive the top-quality cuts of meats and are superior to the grocery store chains. This along with the La Puente store is now my go-to stores for proteins when I'm going to grill. Definitely give them a try, you can thank me later.”

“Excellent place to buy your meat if you're planning to have a party or a gathering. The meat is already marinated. I bought a little bit of everything to last me for the whole week. I found out about this place through family every time my daughter used to come over she would bring this amazing meat and we will have a barbecue I will ask her, Where this place is at. I visited a family member and I was around that area so I stopped and I'm so glad I did. Best meat.”

“I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and every single time I walk in there every single employee is so nice. The first couple of times I thought they were just having a really good day (since sadly you don’t see that level of customer service elsewhere) … every single time I step a foot in there, I feel so welcomed. Almost like a family feeling like they’ve known you for years. I was born and raised in Mexico and it gives you that feeling of being back home going to: “La tiendita de la esquina” it’s almost nostalgic. “So, today was a good day. I missed las manña itas de la virgen at el Mercadito in Boyle Heights but without knowing, they had a celebration for la Virgen Maria.
I had a good time. Yhey gave tacos but they also sell fried tacos and also sell great chicharones.

“Good hot food, burritos are my go to. Only difference is the burritos came with more ingredients like avocado, sour cream etc.. it also came with chips on the side.. now it's just a burrito with meat, cheese, rice, and beans, still good just not the same. Please bring back the side of chips and atleast the avocado in the burritos..”
“Outstanding meat quality. The Carne Asada without the pre marinated is great. No fat and I most definitely recommend this Butcher place. It is very expensive, I will pay it for the quality. The other places are very poor quality more quantity than quality.”
“This German store, with its house-made cold cuts, is pure heaven for me as a native German. They carry almost everything I miss when I think about truly good German deli meats: Gelbwurst, fine Liverwurst, Jaegerwurst — and best of all, a salami I couldn’t find anywhere else. The very best, and at a price where I can’t even get an ordinary salami here. It’s called Servelat — one of the finest salamis there is.
And then the sausages — oh my goodness. They even have the famous Nürnberger sausages, just like the ones you get as street food back home (three small ones in a Kaiser roll), as well as Swiss white sausage. Absolutely delicious. And that’s just the beginning.
They also offer a wonderful selection of cheeses. Their breads are shipped half-baked from Germany, so you can finish baking them at home — or buy them fully baked in the store. On top of that, they carry a great assortment of German groceries, sweets, wines, beers, and frozen items.
But what truly stands out is the wonderful and incredibly kind lady behind the counter, Armine. She has been working there for many years and is always friendly and welcoming. She knows her craft well and clearly cares about what she does. She’s definitely one of the reasons I always leave this store with a smile — usually after buying much more than I planned.

“The produce is great. So is their customer service. I have a allergy to Turkey and every time we go to the deli they have had no problem cleaning off the slicer to make sure there will be no issues. In fact one time one of the ladies recognized me and remembered. Before I got to order she double checking if I was the person who had the allergy. It felt great to know that they are taking note of that kind of issues. Today when I went it one of the cashiers not just remembered me but remembered my name.
