They only take private appointments only, so when you go in for shopping they are able to completely focus on you and what you’re looking for. I’ve gone in a few times and every time has been the best experience. The first time I went in I got a beautiful tennis bracelet, and the next time I went I got my wedding band with my fiancé. It has been nothing but a pleasant experience with them both and I will be back every time I need a new jewelry piece. They also customized my wedding band which I can’t even imagine it being any more perfect than what they put together. Everyone definitely needs to get their jewelry here, whatever they need!”

Not only that, but he took me around several shops so that I could find the perfect stone for the ring we would make from scratch. “I typically would buy jewlery from a large name place but was never pleased with the quality or the experience in doing so. Always feel the customer service is approached in an institutional manner, and geared towards the companies profit margins rather than customer satisfaction. When I met Vesana I was blown away with her attention to detail combined with her desire to have a piece fit the receiving persons meaningful intention. She gave me choices based on our conversation and was spot on! And was reasonable on pricing, still below any large retailer but the quality superseded anything I've even come close to seeing!After this process not only did she find a forever customer, the friendship bond created thru the process she now has a forever friend!
