Little meat market in the middle of Norwalk that has big charm, friendly service, and an excellent reputation for their meats. Their chicharrones were crunchy and fresh. My intrigue though, came from the taco shop they own that is right next to them. I am definitely going to have to come back and try this spot.”

“Me and my bf were in Huntington Park to try supposedly the best chilaquiles per TikTok. I was planning to go to another carniceria in Montebello to pick up some asada for the 4th but thought hey might as well look for something in this city. I gave my bf two choices and he ended up picking this spot.I'm always on the hunt for good, tender, well seasoned (but not salty) and lean carne asada. It's hard finding a spot, I hate tough meat. We took a chance here and let me tell you their asada is hella tender! Even my bf who is picky af with his asada ate 6 pieces in one sitting. Their asada is perfectly seasoned, pull apart tender, lean and super juicy. At $17.99 def a steal of a deal for good cuts of meat.Come out and support this local mom and pop shop!”

They customize your cuts based on your requestWe have been purchasing beautiful rib eyes since we moved to Glendale; we have since moved about 25 minutes away but when I want to give my husband a beautiful steak I will drive to Glendale to pick up a couple of steaks. Their ground beef is also delicious for quick burgers or mince.DeliciousAlso for the person that says they had to wait 25 minutes because they don’t speak Armenian… I also do not speak Armenian and I never wait more than a few seconds from the moment I walk in the front door (and the butchers speak English and overall the cut of the meat has a recognizable name or just point and say the quantity ??♀️ )”

For a party, don't forget to call ahead or come in a day in advance!INSIDE:You are greeted with a relatively small space, including a wall of enticing pictures of meat for sale. There are also selections available in the center to grab and go any additions like noodles, sauces, fuel cans, etc.SERVICE:Cashier was friendly and helpful. She understood our prompt: enough meat, including wagyu, for a hot pot at home for 10 people the next day. She recommended a combo that she assured us was enough and indeed it was, almost more than enough! She got our information down for the next day's pickup.FOOD:Excellent. Every cut was displayed beautifully and labeled clearly, with good thin slices for hot pot purposes and the wagyu really showed off the marbling. The wagyu was of course stunning, but the selections offered in the combo were unique as well including beef tongue. Everyone was impressed with the quality of the meat.Wonderful. Would definitely come again to try their other offerings or whenever our next hot pot party will be!”

“I grew up surrounded by dairy’s and farms so I know amazing old fashioned jerky. I scour the states for the best of the best because I cannot stand all of the additives. The Old Fashioned Beef Jerky package was worth the price and my only complaint was THE SALT! Way too much. The bag had a 1/2 inch pile of sea salt at the bottom of the bag and sure enough, I had to brush off each piece. Once that was done, it was perfect!”

Old world traditional receipe's they are the best, he has many awards for his skills and is an expert in his craft, also they bake there own artisan bread and have other breads also. Love this place , Great customer service the employees are fantastic ..I drove over an hour from corona ca just to go shopping there , it was my first time there, will be coming back again , worth the drive..Highly recommend. Sometimes it is kinda hard for some of the meat people to give you the right amount, (there is some people who are great in customer service ) when I ask for a pound they give me pound and one quarter. It’s a minor details but sometimes I have limited amount of money so it does debunked me from getting other stuff. The cashiers are really nice and friendly. “The desk lady wouldn't even acknowledge me. One of the warehouse guys did. I told him I was early, even though my paperwork said on time but when I called it said another time. He looked at my papers and said OH 2 pallets pull up to bay 4. Now it would have been cool but there was one line vehicle (probably hers) parked in front of the loading dock. Mind you tons of parking elsewhere but whom ever it belonged to needed a short walk in the door. 10 minutes later I was handed my paperwork and on my way.”
“Big Thanks to Johnathan, Luis and Peter I usually drive there thinking it's your typical Carniceria. Stopped by and to my surprise they are a large distributor to many companies and catering trucks, taco guys etc..But they also cater to me and you. Walked in and saw Peter who gladly explained Su Karne and there mission gave me a short tour of the facility and explained the different cuts of meat. I was really amazed on how many cuts of meat they carry and the AMAZING prices. I ended up getting boneless Ribeye steaks. You are really saving so much money because they cut out the middle man. I took those Ribeye steaks and sliced them myself and they were fantastic quality steaks. Thanks to the guys at Su Karne in Eas-Los and you guys have patron for life.”
