From the moment I walked in, Carlos made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer. He greeted me with energy, professionalism, and confidence, and right away I could tell I was dealing with someone who actually knows what they’re doing.
What really stood out was how patient and thorough he was. He didn’t rush me, didn’t try to push anything on me, and took the time to break everything down in a way that actually made sense. He answered every single question I had, explained all my options, and made sure I was getting the BEST deal possible, not just the easiest one.
On top of that, he handled everything smoothly. Setup, transfers, making sure my phone was working perfectly before I left. No stress, no confusion, just straight professionalism. You can tell he takes pride in his work and really cares about helping people.

Every person I talk to said it was done and taken care of, but Anthony took his time and really solved all my problems. If no one was able to help me today I was going to switch back to T-Mobile, but because of Anthony solving my problem I am now a happy customer. He took his time and patience and never just brush me off. He deserve to be employee of the year.”
