“I just want to say I accidentally gave your associate Ana a 1 star on my customer experience survey but I didn't mean it, she was actually very helpful! I got confused and thought it was for the At&t Customer Service rep. Kim who wasn't able to assist me that same day. Thanks to Ana I was in and out in less than 10minutes with my phone working again. Sorry for the confusion!😕”

“I want to share my deep appreciation for Marvin at AT&T. After dealing with endless frustration, he was truly a breath of fresh air. Marvin is clearly the only person at this store who genuinely understands technical issues inside and out; his intelligence across all aspects of the job is immediately obvious. Despite my complex, confusing explanations of the chaos going on with my phone lately, he listened with remarkable patience, kindness, and understanding. His courteous, approachable as well as professional demeanor completely turned a stressful situation around. Marvin is easily the most knowledgeable and personable representative there, and I am so grateful for his outstanding help!”

“Super pro and helpful. Away from home (France), my family was on their 1 st day of a US road trip, sim card with full unlimited international services.. not working....This is the right place: totally reliable and doing their best to sort things out. They know their job. Sean made the difference, joined by Nancy at some point. I was on the phone from France trying to find a reliable store for my family there, Sean was super patient. Nancy and him made a lot of testing.... My relatives are now sorted, Thank you guys, and thank you Sean!”

“I love the fact in Compton AT&T employees are all welcoming and ready to help standing nearby at the door and also when she was helping, she is very kind very open. Love the conversation love how she helped me and my grandma knows how to communicate to an elder respectfully Love the security there there was no racism no weird energies like at other places the one that helped me, she deserves a raise and everybody in there also because she gave me the best experience that I can ever receive from AT&T and Compton and that's why I always go back over there because they do the best customer service and give the best energy in welcoming at all times”

“I am beyond impressed with the service we received!!! My dad’s phone just stopped working. Couldn’t unlock it. My mom passed a few months ago and the phone had all his pics and videos of her. The look on his face when the ATT store said it was a lost cause made me clear my schedule to drive down to see if I could help. My daughter had been to this place before and so that’s where we went! And you know what he said “It can be fixed” I won’t lie I cried a lil bit. Not only did he fix it… he was able to fix it the SAME DAY!!! His professionalism is why we will NEVER take anything that needs to be fixed, that he can fix, ANYWHERE else! And you shouldn’t either!!! He explained what needed to happen. Gave us the options and was worth every penny! SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! Honest and good work is hard to find in today’s world! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”
