“Nicholas B. at the AT&T store in downtown Palo Alto absolutely made my day. I had been trying since 10:00 AM to recover the phone number and account number for a line I created. After speaking with multiple AT&T representatives and getting nowhere, I was beyond frustrated. I walked back into the store, and Nicholas solved the problem in less than five minutes. He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly efficient. His customer service was truly exceptional and turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Thank you, Nicholas, for going above and beyond. AT&T is lucky to have you on their team—you deserve recognition for the outstanding service you provide!”

Well, he personally walked to the cafe next door, where I was having lunch with my son, and let me know that the device is ready! Incredible service & fair prices - highly recommend Roman and his expertise.”

“I had a pleasant trip today. My mother forgot her pin AND security questions so I had to bring her along to our nearest MetroPCS store for help. An employee by the name of, Francisco, went above and beyond and managed to help us reset both her pin and security questions. Another employee called, Jesus, helped us with another problem after that. Both employees were very nice and understanding. The store was busy when we arrived, but they got through it quick.”
