“Today I had to return an item in store. I was greeted by someone at the door who immediately helped me personally. It turned out that it was actually the manager who's name was Chad. I Won't go into great detail, I just have to say that I have never experienced customer service like this before. This man made me feel that as if he was very sincerely and genuinely grateful for my business. I felt important as a customer and I haven't felt like that in a very very long time. While I was waiting for my return to be processed, I noticed two different incidents where employees needed direction from him and he was courteous, kind and informative for them. A very good leader in the store. Dick's sporting goods will be getting more business from me.”
“Best resell shop. And as a streetwear boutique owner and clothing designer … couple these youngins got lowkey great fashion sense. Would love to have that dude Christian where some of my new denim and just had had three NFL players order the “‘half n half with a hood” jacket that’s hand stitched hand woven 1.6 lb Knitted pullover sweater that has grey wash denim cuffs on the sleeves and the hood is denim and stitched on perfectly. extra heavy, custom fitted cotton trousers/ lasso rop belted matching knit wear pants / or sweats, but cj stroud, tank dell, arch manning , and George Pickens bought both sets yesterday.”

“Ive been on the hunt for a good flying disc for a while now. I’ve looked at multiple stores like petsmart and pet supply plus but without any luck. My friend Abby recommended the Hero 235 disc and it has been a GAME CHANGER. My dogs and I are constantly playing frisbee now. These are durable and reliable disc. Highly recommend !”

“I came here to learn to get over my fear of deeper water, I used to panic when my feet couldn't touch. The instructors helped me very quickly get over that fear, learn to tread water, dive to 11ft, pick up weights from the bottom and finally dive off the platform. I felt very accomplished coming here and I definitely recommend learning to swim here!”
“I called (day before Xmas Eve) desperately trying to find a certain gift for my niece. Jennifer answered the phone, helped me as much as she could, then transferred me to a gentleman on the floor to make sure they had it. I don't remember his name, but he was great! We were able to reserve, and pick up a present that completed Xmas! It's a shame Wal-Mart couldn't be as helpful!”

“I honestly didn't want to buy anything, I went in just to kill time and look around. Vee greeted me and assisted me in looking for shoes my size. She even made multiple trips to the back to get me various styles to choose from. I not only bought two different pairs of shoes, but also an accessory. Vee was amazing and extremely helpful, she definitely made my experience amazing.”
“Exceptional customer service!! I called the day before Thanksgiving to ask if they had a particular shoe available in a particular size. They did, so I asked of they could set it aside for me to pick up later that day. They offered to hold them until Saturday. I was not able to go on that day or on Black Friday so I went in on Saturday and they actually still had my pair of shoes on hold!! We visit this store almost every other month for first aid supplies, clothes, shoes gifts and other things for my husband, myself and two teenage children. We always find what we need as this place is well stocked.”

“Two associates were phenomenal; young lady named Avery (pardon if misspelled). She was very friendly and super helpful going above and beyond to find some items for me, she was super nice and a great asset to the store. Same goes for a young gentlemen whom I did not get his name. He had thick black hair, I believe I was curly as well. He offered me a bag for my items and at the time I didn't think I needed it, however he saw me again and offered once again. I needed it the second time haha. Great choice of employees very professional.”
“1.23.24 I love our local Dicks Sporting goods. Every time either my husband or I go shopping/looking for a particular item. It's fully stocked and usually available. The store is pretty huge. Associate are always so friendly and ask if we were looking into anything particular. They have food pricing on items especially love their clearance racks. Can really score some great items here for clearance prices especially clothing wear. Parking is huge Located in Savi Ranch shopping center. It's towards all the way in the back Same side as Kohls.”

“NEXT LEVEL SERVICE! During our visit from Canada to Cali for the A1 Supercross, my boyfriend and I were thrilled to visit both Troy Lee locations. During our visit, we were greeted with smiles and questions about our stay in California. Everything from recommendations to Supercross Pit party info ?Oh and! One of the staff members even called a local bike shop to ask about MTB rentals during our stay.
