“5 Star rating for U-HAUL, 1 star rating for this location. First off I have rented from U-HAUL many of times and have always had a very pleasant experience. This one however was far from it. Long story short... I ended up needing a 15' box truck last minute and this location ended up being the only place that had it. My buddy and I went there to get the truck. As I pulled up I was already kinda sketched out due to the location not looking like a U-HAUL location. The people at this location (A liquor store, which rents U-Hauls) seemed like they didn't really care nor want to give you the time of day. After getting the vehicle we had a few issues with it I think mostly due to the location where it was kept. After the rental we let the place know about the issues and left. A day later I get a call from U-HAUL inquiring about the issues we dealt with and they wanted to help out and make it right. I was blown away that U-HAUL reached out and apologized on the behalf of the place for them. It's so rare to find customer service like this! Keep up the great work U-HAUL you have a customer for life!!!!”

“The crew here is very professional and helpful. I got in and out quickly and without issues. The truck was clean and not beat up. The only issue I have Is there was no ramp. When i asked about it on return I was told it was available for 15 foot and above trucks. I rented the 10 foot. I dont understand why that is because I still had large items to move just not as many that would need a 15 foot truck.”

“Top notch staff. If you don't want to spend a fortune on a car rental from the airport, this place is for you. My wife and I rented their Kia Forte for a week and loved it. The man we worked with, Arta, is extremely competent and will work with you to accomplish anything you need.When we went to gas up our car, the Kia Forte's gas door wouldn't open. We called after-hours and Arta showed up WITHIN 10 MINUTES, fixed our problem, and off we went. A very minor issue that was fixed immediately.Without this place, we probably would have spent twice as much on a rental car from somewhere. I can't stress enough how good these guys are. Easy 5 stars.”
