When I was supposed to return the truck I wanted to get another day. No questions asked he got me extension of another day. The only issue that I have with the budget truck a rough ride. “The instructions that the U-Haul app gave were to find the truck first and then go get the keys. But at this location, the trucks are parked in the back side of the building, like a commercial loading area of a shopping mall, which is very difficult to find. I got lucky that I found it. And it's on the opposite side of where the storefront is. So once you find the truck that you are renting and find the number, you have to then drive all the way back around to the front to get to the front entrance of the postal annex. I think the instructions should be to talk to the person in the postal annex first, and then they would be able to give you instructions on where the truck is, instead of asking the customer to find the truck first before going to talk to the person to get the keys.”

“Was going to get a U-Haul until I found out they have a new policy requiring them to: call (2) friends or references, call your work, copy your passport, or copy your lease agreement. This is apparently now done to ensure their trucks get returned. I will never rent from U-Haul again. Penske was a hassle free process from beginning to end. Good customer service from Home Depot employees and the trucks are MUCH newer and nicer than U-Haul for the same price. Power mirrors, windows, and locks. All my future moving truck rentals will be from Penske.”
