“We originally went to the U-Haul location on Lemon Grove Ave, and they were excruciatingly slow at processing the line of people waiting, After waiting far too long and wasting our moving time, I looked up other U-Haul locations nearby and called Kenwood Liquor to see if they had a 15' truck available. They did, so we abandoned the line at U-Haul Lemon Grove and drove right over. We had paperwork completed and keys to a truck in less than 15 minutes. The girl that helped me was very nice, and bonus: this location was closer to where we needed to use the truck, so lower mileage charges. Also, since this is a business that's open later, you can return the truck in the evening without trying to work out the self-return process in a dark parking lot.”

“Excellent UHaul rental location. Great service, and having gas right there to refill your tank is a huge plus. Heads up - no parking of personal vehicle onsite, and the best parking is across a busy street. Take the time to use the crosswalk rather than play Frogger!”
